Didn't think we'd have a manager as good looking as Andre again any time soon, Conte could be that man!

Jeez.

He looks fine to me.

400 matches experience, a record of improving young players, he's won a title, has managed a club with multiple big egos.

'But he hasn't managed in England and I remember Ramos & Santini!'

List of moderately to significantly successful foreign managers that 'hadn't managed in England' before they actually did:

Mourinho
Wenger
Pochettino
Mancini
Pelligrini
Benitez
Ancelotti
Ranieri
Laudrup
Di Canio LOL

(Kudos to @AssaTM for bringing common sense to the thread too!)

'But I want Van Gaal!'

Yes dear, we all do, but maybe that's not gonna happen?

I know bugger all about the bloke, other than he's not a popular choice on here. The first thing I did was look at his wikipedia & noticed a 51% win rate, and the fact he'd spent 4 years at Milan. To me, anyone who lasts for 4 years managing in Italy surely must have something about them?

Gianluca Di Marzio ‏@DiMarzio 3m
@JackBenson_Thfc if i'll know something i'll write it

So he doesn't know anything about this.

Since we got Baldini in, I've moved this DiMarzio fella to the top of my imaginary ITK tree. He's been awesome for info and I genuinely believe his info should be allowed in the ITK sections. Yeah his sources aren't verified BUT surely we can all see his info comes from Baldini?

Don't know much of this guy but:
@sport_simon 23m
Top source at #thfc has told me it's "100% certain" that Allegri will not be their next boss & it's his agent creating the story

Good old Sport_Simon. Is he any relation to Sport Billy? I used to love him when I was a kid. Too long ago for many on here I guess? :(

So did Brendan Rodgers as did Bobbie Robson. The list of successful managers who have been sacked is almost endless.

Yeah and that useless Mourinho fella, twice.

He's probably got the photos from one of Berlusconi' s Bunga Bunga parties.

This guy was sacked by AC Milan after initially being regarded as the next great coach ..........so he is the Italian AVB...

This is probably our payback for those 'Levy out' banners.

How can it be when he clearly isn't going to be our next manager?
