Agree with Coldasice, good player for us, also good transfer fee!

Will definetly be clapping him when he returns! (unlike some of the ****s on here!)

But yeah, can't wait to laugh in Liverpool's face when we get Villa!

I know that Robbie leaving is terrible news for our younger fans and there may well be other favourites leaving us soon but do not despair, brighter days are just around the corner.

How can you hate anyone who curled in our 3rd v Chelsea at the Lane last season ?

Though the way he left us wasn't the best, I can find 20 million reasons to forgive.

Still don't understand why Liverpool didn't go for Villa if they've got money to burn.

Torres and Villa would be devestating!

Wise words, worthy of rep. I'm sure a lot of the hatred on this site is due to age related emotion.

I miss him. I know he won't be too hard to replace at least talent wise, but I still am gutted. He's Robbie Keane. True players are constantly coming and going, but certain ones just stick out for reasons other than simply being great talents. I want to root for him so bad at Liverpool, but I can't. I need to see them fail so we can grab a top 4 spot. It will hurt to see him in red. I also seriously don't think he'll play that well for Liverpool.

So for all their bashing, seems like notw were right on this one. Anyway goodluck to Keano, I think we'll be better of without him and Berba. Make no mistake guys Ramos is building a TEAM, with players that want to be here.

This may well be the best bit of outgoing business in the clubs history.

Nice work Daniel, you have truly nailed those scouse idiots to the floor:bowdown:

On last nights evidence I don't think he'd do as well in our new style anyway. Ramos looks like he wants us to play a certain way.

£20m is a massive amount of money for Keane, I think everyone involved done well in this deal. Keane got his dream move, Liverpool had their allegation dropped and we got an inflated fee.

Not surprised he is gone....predicted as much elsewhere. Everyone has his price and what an obscenely inflated price Keanes proved to be.
Upon reflection my relationship with Keane was one that changed over time. At one point I relied on him to lift us and do the special things. As time went on this expectation reduced(passed on to Defoe) and I started to complain about Keane primarily about his faking and moaning at everyone on the field. I appreciated his running without ever getting there less and less. His efforts for last season put a neat fullstop against his time with us. Good timing. Good price. Good business.
