I don't think it was my telly, but Robbo looked as though he's lost a stone in weight already.
Anyone else think the same?

The weight of being Englands number 1 has been taken off his shoulders (proberbly more than 1 stone)

Could have something to do with his bet with Chris Moyles.

being England keeper is a lot of pressure, look at how David James' form has inproved domestically since losing his place in the ENgland set up.

I would happily see Robbo never play for England again if it meant he was consistantly a top performer for us

You have to laugh at this fat/weight issue surrounding Paul Robinson. When his playing shit people make comment on his weight. When he puts in a standard performance the counter comments are made on him losing weight.

The observation that Robbo looked as though he'd lost weight had fcuk all to do with his performance, but more with the new management ethos of our players being overweight.

Thought he looked trim enough, needs a haircut though, you can see his bald patch!

He has a bet on with Chris Moyles to see who can go longest without a haircut. Whoever bottles out and gets theirs cut first has to donate quite a bit to Children In Need.

I don't think it's weight necessarily, but more to do with confidence. Robinson showed yesterday just what he's capable of if he can sort his confidence out. Or maybe his weight is an aspect of his confidence. Maybe when he was feeling the strain he didn't train as hard and would eat for comfort, meaning he gained a few pounds (although I never thought he was fat or in need of slimming)

I thought that Keane looked trimmer too - obviously if they've upped the fitness then the weight will drop.

Good on Ramos!!

I didn't think any of them looked any different physically, but some of them really looked more 'sprightly' especially lennon, jenas & malbranque

He did look like he had lost some weight, when i saw him in the tunnel his shirt looked a bit 'Loose' around his midrift. He certainly performed better than of late! So keep it up!

Robbo has been improving gradually over the last month. One thing that should be stressed is that even at his very, VERY, worst he was not as bad as comedy Carson the other day. Nor has he made anywhere near the number of complete gaffs that calamity has.

He has been a good keeper going through a rough patch playing behind shit defences.

All of this nonsense about selling him is just typical spurs.
