Would prefer Ings... too many question marks over Berahino's attitude. Would better suit a scummy club like an Arsenal or a Liverpool.

I don`t get this Ings love he is walking away from Burnley for basically £0 imaging if Harry Kane had not signed his contract and done that to us !! Everyone would be PISSED 100% In my view that's greedy and worse than Berahino saying he wants to go to a bigger club at the end of the season. The games I have seen recently he is putting in 100% for WBA and they will probably get £15 million for him to help them rebuild. The driving think was beyond stupid and he has been punished for it but lets not question his attitude regarding football as I see know evidence that he is a trouble maker in the dressing room.

Another great performance yesterday btw,,

Scored a brilliant goal today. No one can deny he has bags of potential, but im not a fan of his attitude.

Poch would pull him into line he is no nonsense just like Pulis appears to have sorted him out and Berahino is working for the team and playing well.

I haven't seen any posts that say it is OK for Ings to walk away for free and indeed he won't be walking away for free will he. Burnley will be getting approx 5 million or so for him where ever he goes. People seem to prefer Ings for the style of player he is and the way he plays his football and his attitude and professionalism.

If Ings stays in England the fee is set by tribunal but if he goes abroad there is no fee..

I understand that but if he moves to a club in the PL which is his most likely destination there will be a fee. Therefore you comments are unjustified about ' the Love for a player who is walking away from Burnley for 0' and I repeat no one except you on SC has said anything about supporting him walking away from Burnley for nothing.

Interesting viewpoint. Do people really see players running out their contracts and leaving by tribunal or on a free as a bad character?

I genuinely don't unless they've openly said they will be signing or leave for a genuine rival.

Ok we will see as he is being linked to Spain at the moment and if he goes thats £0 like I said... I think with Moyes there it could easily be his destination.. Anyway you like the majority want to sign Ings and I respect that .. However I really don`t see the difference as both players want to leave their respective clubs in the Summer which I don`t have a problem with.

Well, that's not correct at all for starters.

There's still a fee, it just differs. Look at the Zeki Fryers transfer to Standard Liége

I don't know what you're expecting? They've refused to sell him for money and I doubt he wants to play in the championship next season.

Should he never leave them? They don't want to sell him, so what else do you want

I think Berahino would be the better fit for Spurs than Ings imo and with Kane they've played together for England so already there's an ununderstanding. I also feel Berahino under Pochettinho has great areas of development as for his finishing ie striking the ball clean he's very good.

We absolutely should have bought him in January. 4 goals in the last 6 games.
We might have done - had we been able to shift either or both of Soldado and Ade

Problem is we have two very expensive and very ineffective strikers on our books and both will be difficult to get shot of

Until we sell at least one of those you can forget about us bringing in another striker, IMO

Hopefully in the summer someone in Spain will buy Soldado and Levy will be smart enough to cut his losses and write off as a terrible mistake some of what we paid for him and then Ade can get a season long loan to see out his contract with an MLS or Rich Arab club who are willing to pay or at least substidise his wages for the year

At which point we can start considering who to bring in to support/back up/be competition for Kane (Berahinho being one such option)

Still don't think he's got the right attitude - could well be just a nightmare of a personality in the making

We will definitely be sniffing around to see what sort of deal can be done.

Liverpool will go for Ings. He isn't high profile enough for Utd. Arsenal have Wellbeck, Walcott, Giroud and Sanchez. City and Chelsea won't be interested.

Which leaves us. We will probably only be interested at the right price. I suspect that because his wage is relatively low it will encourage some of the more ambitious small teams to go for him and smack down a big offer (Newcastle, Spam, Southampton etc) and ironically that's where I think the bigger threat to signing him comes from.

In relation to attitude, Defoe used to hate not playing and get in a piss with teammates/himself and it didn't stop him banging then in. I'm sure if he is focused well enough he will be fine.
