Shameful minutes ‘silence’

20 or so idiots bought shame on our great club today.

It’s not about being pro/anti royalty. It’s about showing respect to an old lady, who spent her entire life trying to represent our nation in the best way she could.

I really hope the people who couldn’t keep their mouths shut and opinions to themselves are named/shamed/identified and are made extremely unwelcome at our great club, by the vast majority of our fans who are/were impeccable

This will happen at every club, there are always going to be people like that. You can't ban fans for it though, it's just disrespectful and sad for them really.

Well watching on tv I thought it was very quiet. So quiet in fact that the sound went off on my tv. Its an annoying fk up that, when I'm watching something with no dialogue or sound, the volume drops out completely and its really noticeable.
Well it did that so there couldnt have been that much noise.
61,000 people means you're gonna have at least 200 knobheads minimum.

There were more Leicester fans than 200

It's happened at every game so far. I thought that was why they began doing minute's applauses a while back? It drowns out the idiots. How you can't be silent for 60 seconds baffles me. It really isn't that hard to do.

It would be very easy for the club to review footage and identify those that disrespected the minutes silence. Simply ban them.

Its easy to be silent for 60 seconds, just shut your mouth.

I remember when we played Chelsea days after Matthew Harding died in a helicopter crash on his way back from their away game at Bolton. The minute silence was impeccable, you could hear a pin drop.

We stayed silent at Highbury and Stamford Bridge when Rocastle and Harding died. Despite fact we hate the clubs/fans and weren’t keen on the people that died. Because it’s called showing respect and was the right thing to do for a very brief moment in time. I just can’t fathom why some people are so full of spite they can’t hold their views for such a short space of time

The lad shouting 'show some respect you fucking caaaaant' made me chuckle quietly to myself. Fair play to that guy

Same. The irony was that I’m sure that’s the thing that people could hear above all.

Today was a perfect example of why it should be a minutes applause.

There is always a risk of this when you're asking 60 odd thousand people to be silent, it's why I always prefer a minute's applause.

Doesn't surprise me in the slightest.
