Not sure Sherwood should even be looking at a PL job. Much better I would have thought to continue his education as a manager, head coach, at a lower level, say the Championship, and then look to move on in due course.

Alan Irvine the Everton’s academy manager. I think it is because WBA won't pay the bill for Tim to bring Les and Ramsey with him.

I guess Tim makes a good decision this time. WBA is a mess now

It seems like it was based on money (either to Tim or to pay for Les and Ramsey) as opposed to Tim truly seeing the trainwreck that is sitting at WBA.....regardless this seems like a bullet dodged for Tim.

WBA at the moment is literally a thinner (and weaker) squad than Leicester, QPR and Burnley and Jeremy Peace isn't one to spend money so who knows if they will spend enough money to bring in players that will be enough to keep them up. Peace will actually have to open the piggy bank to get PL calibre players (like say a LB and RB of which they have NONE on the roster) on the squad and given WBA's spending history....i'm not sure he will.

At the moment WBA is looking more like a clone of Wolves from a couple seasons ago.....If Tim really desperately wants the WBA then it looks like he will just have to wait until Christmas when Irvine will be sacked as WBA seek to "right the ship" as they rocket towards the Championship.

Ferdy and Ramsey have left.

@SpursOfficial: The Club can announce that Les Ferdinand and Chris Ramsey have left the Club - http://t.co/279vADBgyb
Not sad to see Ferdy go. No coincidence our strikers became utter dog shit when he became our striking coach, his eye for a striker was shocking (not rating Suarez whilst thinking Defoe was top class) and his views on midfield/team formation were laughable to say the least.....

Glad Ferdinand is gone tbh. He doesn't have a clue about football.

I think we should have kept Ramsey on though.

Yeah, Ferdinand just came across like an outdated striker that couldn't adapt to the modern game.

I heard that Ramsey was quite influential to the youth team, so it's a shame that he left.
