Very surprised we have Sissoko instead of Lamela. Considering Lamela is the only other player we have that can rival Eriksen for creativity and intelligence. I predict a very frustrating performance devoid of ideas. Unless we somehow manage to get an early goal and they have to come out and attacking us

Southampton have to come at us - they are now in the bottom three - even a draw is not good enough to lift them
from the shit they are in.

Poch informing Sky that there is a virus affecting the squad, including those in the matchday squad today.. i will just comfort myself by believing that Sissoko has not been hit by the bug and Lamela is, hence his inclusion..

Sounds like half squad has caught Spanish flu. Be interesting to see how we start, this has got all signs of being a right struggle. 3pts here will be huge with all this.

I legit love that para break. It's almost poetic.

This bloody foreign flu affecting our squad. The quicker Brexit comes the better. That way our training camps will be in bognor and the only virus they're at risk of would be from some of the slappers down there.

Odd that Lamela didn’t start ahead of Sissoko?

Unless we’re still easing him back in but he did start a game recently.

Whilst at our club I will show all our players the respect they deserve.

No qualms with conflicting opinions regarding player inclusions or omissions, but to constantly slate one of our players I see as counter constructive.

Poch is one of the best managers in club football. Does that make him always right, nope. But I'm sure he has a greater understanding than many as to why Sissoko is an ever present and what role he is to perform.

Southampton weren't as bad as the score line suggests in the first game. They caused us problems and should have scored more and leveled it a couple of times.

Tricky and frustrating game coming up.

Really? We messed up so many attacks that game. 5-2 massively flattered them imo. Could have easily been at least 7-0
