Over the past 5 years i have slowly been more and more engrossed in reading up on my favourite forum.

However one thing that frustrates me is that my BlackBerry doesnt load up spurscomm very well. Its takes ages load and i have to zoom in out all the time to read the posts.

Who out there could possibly develop a mobile spurscomm website so we can all read this great forum wherever we are??

Works fairly well on my Sony Ericsson. Can be difficult to post sometimes though.

I use my Iphone, and SpursCommunity runs superbly.

The only thing is you cant rep people, but as I'm a miserable **** most of the time it doesn't really bother me.

You can. When you bring up the rep box and type some text in the space for a comment, the rep box will disappear immediately. But when you bring up a rep box for the same post directly afterwards, you can post something in the comment box and successfully rep someone. Annoying, but it works every time.

For those with an iPhone, if you press the 'plus' icon at the bottom of the screen when you're actually in the spurscommunity website, you'll get an option to 'add to home screen'. Click on that and a nice app looking thing will appear with the rest of your apps, with a stylish east facing cockerel on the front of it. Obviously when you click the 'app' it will just go back into the online safari page, but still, it looks good sat there with the other apps.

I have a BlackBerry 9700 and it works fine for me. When I added SpursCommunity as a bookmark I selected the view as 'column view' and saved it as such. Now everytime I open it up it is zoomed in fine and perfectly readable. You don't even need to scroll across.

Hope that helps?!

There is actually (if any non-iphone users are interested!?!?) a text based site that I check up on the latest from spurs community on. I don't really know if its common knowledge, and like I said its completely text based and you can't reply to anything. It's just a place where you can read the posts basically and you have to login like you would the real site, it won't remember your details either so you have to do so each time.

Address is: http://www.spurscommunity.co.uk/forums/archive/index.php

Just thought that might be of use to some people. Loads real quick and you can quickly look through the latest posts and if you want to reply, there is a link on each page to go to the full SC page.

Oh yeah and you need to click the PDA link in top right to get the latest posts!!
