When he played for us the fans hated him. Hardly the stuff of Legends. Thought he was a good manager though.

The Sun called it the best advert ever in today's paper.

It isn't. It's not even the best advert on telly now.

Well considering he got us our highest league finish in the last 25 years and he won us the fa cup that saved us from even worse times, i cant understand why people dont like him! doesnt make sense!

and it beats the go compare adverts doesnt it?!?

No, but after Go fucking Compare and Pork Pie Fillers from Melton fucking Mowbray it's definitely one of the worst!

Tel wasnt and isnt a legend at the lane IMO.
he did a good job here i suppose, but tried to shaft us with a few dodgy receipts i remember.tried to mug off Sugar...big mistake!

Dont think he looked after Gazza's best interests OFF the field either.
many a night gazza would be in Tel's bar in the west end(Scribes)...make of that what you like!
if fergie was his boss, he might have played a tad longer?

i dont really like harry getting involved in stuff like that ad either.
you coudnt see fergie or other top bosses agreeing to do it.
