I can’t remember the last time I watched an enjoyable game of football involving sours. Great effort from everyone today. ?
Ndombele was awful but tried 4/10
Including Rennes beating PSG to show how good our point at their place was?
A few hairy spells but significant progress from the last three and we saw the game out brilliantly after retaking the lead.Seen the score, but didn't watch or listen as was at my dad's. How did we actually play? Was there progress? Chances being created? Saw Sky's app had it as a 4-2-3-1 with Dele on the bench and didn't come on?
We made plenty of chances, Kane/Lo Celso should have scored but on the weight of it we deserved to win, way more attacking than AV and had a lot more chancesSeen the score, but didn't watch or listen as was at my dad's. Was it on live? Highlights later anywhere (Other than MOTD)?
Kane not yet his lethal self, but from a tactical standpoint he was absolutely fantastic. He made the whole team tick, and created lo-o-ots of space for Sonny.
Plus, he did at least two outrageous plays with the ball.
Tacticaly, every player was good today. The Skipp+Hojbjerg tandem should never be broken.
All in all, a good day for Nuno Espirito Santo. Credit where its due.
Also good as the sooner Pochettino gets the tin tack, the sooner he will be back where he belongs
I wouldn't blame them - it's only one result - Nuno needs to build on it from here. From the fanbase in general I'd guess. There were a lot of empty seats around the ground today and I'd struggle to work up the desire to travel up to the ground given the quality of football we've seen thus far.
The lack of ham and corned beef is a shame though. As much as I hate to say it, we played much better today without Deli
I really do wonder sometimes if I'm watching a match broadcast from a different part of the multiverse.
