Seen the score, but didn't watch or listen as was at my dad's. How did we actually play? Was there progress? Chances being created? Saw Sky's app had it as a 4-2-3-1 with Dele on the bench and didn't come on?
A few hairy spells but significant progress from the last three and we saw the game out brilliantly after retaking the lead.

We made plenty of chances, Kane/Lo Celso should have scored but on the weight of it we deserved to win, way more attacking than AV and had a lot more chances

Kane not yet his lethal self, but from a tactical standpoint he was absolutely fantastic. He made the whole team tick, and created lo-o-ots of space for Sonny.
Plus, he did at least two outrageous plays with the ball.
Tacticaly, every player was good today. The Skipp+Hojbjerg tandem should never be broken.
All in all, a good day for Nuno Espirito Santo. Credit where its due.

He was playign much further forward and dropping in deep every once in a while, whereas before he would play deep but go upfront ocassionally. So was much better. He had a few chances which was great to see and I am sure the goals will come. He was terrible and actually pretty good. His finishing is lacking but just form moreso than class...

Good result and a good performance.
Not one player didn't put in a decent shift today.
Sonny was outstanding and having Bryan and Gio come off the bench showed some proper depth, with both being up for it and battling.
Props for Dier who gets a lot of shit on here (I would've started Rodon over him today) but he had a very good game.
Royal look tidy too, best option at rb from that showing.

From the fanbase in general I'd guess. There were a lot of empty seats around the ground today and I'd struggle to work up the desire to travel up to the ground given the quality of football we've seen thus far.
I wouldn't blame them - it's only one result - Nuno needs to build on it from here.

Better. Welcome return to form by PEH, I was wrong to say leave him out.

Son brilliant.

Dead worried by how thin the squad is though. Winks and Dele are effectively first change, and Kane has no change.

And now we have an international break to break up any momentum again. Pisses me off

Good result and a very good team performance, thought everybody put in a lot of effort and worked hard for eachother. Good to see Nuno go back to basics and just adjust the personnel.

Emerson had his best game so far and feels assured defensively which is great so early in his time in the prem.

Much better shape, much better intensity.

Thought GLC was superb when he came on, thought Kane (shock horror) looked much more threatening with a functioning set of midfielders behind him, and thought Romero and Emerson were better down that right hand side.

Still want to see a bit more ball progression from Skipp and still don't think Dier is the answer at LCB - he let his man drift behind him at the near post again today for their goal, and it's far from the first time he's done that in the last year or so.

I really do wonder sometimes if I'm watching a match broadcast from a different part of the multiverse.

I'm his biggest fan by the way and I'm not at all worried by a bad performance where he tries. He is so talented he'll have plenty more amazing games.

He got pushed around way too much and looked slow to react to everything, misplaced several passes, a few of which would have been goalscoring chances. One of the worst games I've seen him have for us on the ball, good off it.
