Cheers Razor, great that Skippy was there, so important to us.
All the key players we are going to need V Brighton should be available
Sanchez and Bentancur can be available for Saints hopefully

Sanchez has done well enough but Romero is in a different league to him, especially on the ball. We need to be ruthless and get him back in the XI as soon as we are able to, if he is fit enough then he starts for me

Lloris

Romero Dier Davies

Emerson Skipp Winks Reguilon

Lucas Kane Bergwijn

Subs : Gollini, Tanganga, Doherty, Sessengnon, Højberg, Kulu, Son

I’d rather 3-5-2 but our lack of CM options until Bentancur is available precludes that. Don’t rush Son back, bring on if needs be only

Would ease him and Son back slowly. Give them 30 minutes or so. Want them back for the league games.

where are you staying what area i am guessing your going away from central London if your only a couple of miles away

The Spurs shop will definetly be open before the game
We're actually staying near Manor House/Finsbury Park. Probably taxi is best with the two kids.

Well we can easily play Hojbjerg in mid, so I don't see how lack of Bentancur precludes 352
For me Skipp and Hojbjerg are our best two mids
In time Bentancur might challenge that, then again he may not cope with the pace of the Prem. We'll see, obviously hope he turns out to be great.

It's crazy to think we've got 5 potential starters coming into the fold that through the majority of January we didn't have. Feel like we're going to see a different Spurs in the coming weeks.

The 259 and 279 buses are a cheaper alternative. They deliver you directly to the Lordship Lane bus stop in the High Rd before they go on diversion. It's a bit of a hike to get back to the bus stop after the match, though - you need to walk past Bruce Grove to catch one southbound.

you can do it a couple of ways walk up towards Bruce Grove Station walk towards Seven Sisters - straight down the High Rd from the ground and maybe pick up a taxi from there about a 15 minute walk - the high road is closed to traffic after the game so that might be an option - there will be shops open to pick up some munchies for the room

otherwise you can go to White Hart Lane Station pick up the train from there to Seven Sisters and jump on the tube straight through to Finsbury Park not been down that way for ages but I am sure there will be places to pick something up to eat

enjoy yourself the kids will probably be more spritely than you

Glad to see the end of the transfer window and good to have the football back.

Brighton is not going to be easy, and we underrate them at our own peril. I want to see us play with the gusto as we did against Liverpool. Everyone being composed, focused and playing for each other, we have the players with the talent to get to the next round.

We also have enough without having to start Son, Romero and Kulu, where they can come on as impact players.

Trying to shoe horn Kulu into the team now is laughable. Ease him in gently would be my call.

Son and Romero are just coming in from long term injuries, so I would ease them in as well.

Start both Bergwijn and Lucas would also be my call.

My concern is that would mean no senior CM cover on the bench if we play 3-5-2 as I’m assuming Bentancur won’t be involved due to travelling

Good point, but it wouldn't surprise me if he was on the bench. White will be I think, not senior but maybe capable
Also Lucas or Kulu could make a 3 5 2. Or we could switch to a 343 if we lost one of the mids.
Lots of possibilities., hope Conte finds the right formula. If he only plays two mids, for me has to be Skipp and Hojbjerg, as they're our best two
Of course with Saints on Wednesday, rotatation will probably happen.

Well as I thought, neither of the Juve 2 to start tomorrow, but hopefully on the bench.
I stick with the team I posted earlier

——Romero—Dier—Davies
Doherty—Skipp—Hojbjerg—Winks Reguilon
——Lucas——Kane

Subs: Austin, Emerson, Sánchez, Sessegnon, White, Bentancur, Kulusevski, Bergwijn, Son

10 o'clock kick off? I will probably be the only Greek who stays in on a Saturday night.
I'll even accept to stay up and watch tv past midnight if needed. I've missed watching Spurs immensely.

Already light in CM without Skipp and Bentancur not ready to start.

Winks and PEH as the two then. This game should suit Winks in theory. Get the ball down and pass it.
