I can't remember the last time I sat on the couch rather than sitting behind it for a game. I'm not getting ahead of myself but I can safely say at 60mins, I really enjoyed the game today

ndombele with the literally UNREASONABLE no-look, forward pass that changed the entire momentum of the move there, starting everything. that guy is just magic
It will be a crime if Bales goal is ever replayed without Ndombeles touch. I love that guy.

Anyone who brings up the Burnley defence there can fuck off. The play between N'Dombele, Reguillon and Son to break the press was great and the reason we were able to tee up Bale. Yes their LB should've shown Bale down the outside, but that bit of play there deserves a lot of praise.

Here's hoping Burnley are so mentally scarred after two heavy defeats in two years that NWHL becomes another Etihad for them, where they're beaten before a ball is kicked.

Perfect time to rest Hojbjerg now. If we bring Winks on we should just about manage a 4-3.

I'm still stumped people want us to replace Serge. He's shown so far how much we missed him recently
The drop off from him to Doherty is massive, it’s like Hojbjerg to Winks or Son to Bergwijn.

Having pace on the wings is such a big deal in modern football, and he’s aggressive and a good dribbler.

A lot of people's opinions of players seem to be fixed, but this season, Serge has started to look like the player we thought we were getting. Which is a shame, given that he might leave this summer.

Good chance for Vidra. Should not have been left alone
