Usually, if you want an accurate summary of what's going on, DO NOT come into the match thread for it

But on this occasion, the comments are largely warranted, we've fluctuated between frustrating and poor for at least the last third of that half, we do need to buck our ideas up and a third would go a long way toward that. Changes aren't necessary because the same 11 tore them to pieces, but understandable if they are made. I think Everton did up their game a lot which contributed as well as getting more cover for their defence out wide and sometimes you just have to take the opposition into account.

So for me, some if it is poor from us and some good from Everton. Crazy that at 2-0 we're uncomfortable but that's life as a Spurs fan and right now i'm loving the ride.

We are really missing someone in the middle who can beat the press. Anyone of maddison, bissouma or Bentancur and this would be a much easier game. Last 15 were poor, we are lucky to still be 2 up, we need to get our act together or we will drop points here.

I don't think anybody, especially the players or staff are.

Appreciate we weren't at our best for the last 15 minutes but I don't think that's necessary down to us taking our foot off the gas, it was just as much about Everton applying themselves with much more intensity.

Poor half overall but some great moments within it. I would be tempted to bring Lo Celso on for Skipp to help control the midfield better. A lot of slippy play so
