So? We should be performing better and creating better chances regardless.
Meh so we had an off day with regards to chance creation. That will happen every now and then, and crucially only once in 7 league games so far. Just enjoy the win. Why focus on the negative aspects?

Because we looked terrible against nine men in an attacking sense, we weren't able to create any meaningful chances and it should not have been like that.
Liverpool had 9 behind the ball.
Who gives a shit if we didn’t deserve it. Happens to teams all the time, that’s football. I for one am absolutely loving this win.
Absolutely. And any Spurs fan who thinks otherwise should give their head a wobble. Drink it in. We've been fucked over so many times in the past. Im loving how sick the bin dippers are.

I think it’s more that people see we are doing something special so just pointing out where we’ll need to improve to keep up the results :)

To be fair though, that's quite common in such circumstances and not just for us.
A team down to 9 at 1-1 will defend like crazy and play for the draw, it was always going to be hard to break them down.
Don't worry about the fact that they made it hard, they're a bloody good team and should have made it hard, just celebrate the fact that we won in the end.

I guess my frustration lies in the fact that we had no idea how to break down eight outfield players, if we want to be finishing at the top end of the table we should be able to break teams down in this situation regardless of the opposition.

I love Ange's level headedness, calm perspective and realism without being a doom monger.

We've grabbed a win, played well for a lot of this game, didn't quite click against 10 and against 9 was hard work. He sees it and will work on it whilst at the same time pleased with the win.

I appreciate that teams will have off days when it comes to creating chances but just not against nine men, we need to be much better.

Yes I’m afraid this is the elephant in the room that many don’t want to talk about. Kulusevski’ inability or reluctance to go outside and use his right foot is becoming very detrimental to our attacking momentum. Given the amount of ball he has he is producing too few dangerous moments for the opposition defense. He’s too easy to defend against because defenders know exactly what he’s going to do.
Facts, way too predictable. For a guy who has so much of the ball and gets himself past so many players and into good positions, he should have way more goals and assists. All he amounts to now is a good dribbler and strong runner with very little output. He needs to work very hard on his right foot.

We won't expect to play against 9 men very often, but we surely must expect to play regularly against two banks of four sitting deep, but we seemed to have no idea what to do. We've got great strikers of the ball, we ought to be setting them up for shots, if nothing else.

Still we have a long run of winnable games now before we finally face Citeh. It'll be interesting to see where we are at Xmas.

Neville murmuring 'oh no' when we go on the counter attack, so we know which side of his bread is buttered.

At this rate they'll be talking him down off the stadium roof in about half a hour.
Tbf im not sure he was saying it as a slight on us.

Hopefully Levy charges him for using the Skywalk.

Most banks of 4 aren’t as good and well drilled and experienced as Liverpool’s mate.

But yea it’s something Ange will work on with training and future signings.
