Dont understand the people saying Kane challenge wasnt a red. We are all Spurs fans here, you're not texting your Arsenal mates, you dont need to pretend you didnt think it was a red :ROFLMAO:
50/50. I understand if it was given but dont think it was 100 percent.

Klopp can cry me a river. At the end of the day, we created a ton of chances (a lot more than they did), and they were lucky to get a point.

I know it was only one game, but last night really felt like a massive turning point. I have not seen us play with such swagger since peak Poch. Still early days, but I have to say that I am mightily impressed with what Conte has achieved so far.

Is there any talk of Klopp being sanctioned for his behaviour towards the ref? He was way out of line but there doesn’t seem to be any talk of sanctions.

I take Klopps melt down as a massive complement he’s doing what every good manager does when he doesn’t want anyone to focus on the game. He know that we should of had more goals but he doesn’t wanna see the media talk about that.

I think it was fairly clear Conte beat him on the tactics side of things yesterday. Klopp, like Pep, is excellent at setting up a team to play a certain way. The reserves and rotations are usually hardly ever much of a down grade because they all know their roles extremely well. The problem both Klopp and Pep have is they are not good at switching things round mid game to counter any negatives.

It is literally a case of plan A or nothing. Lets be honest though plan A for both teams is extraordinary in terms of effectiveness, but on the occasion a team starts to exploit a weakness in their game they both really struggle to do anything about it. It was the same with Villa last season when they really turned them over. We may never be as exciting as City or Pool with Conte in charge, but what we do have in Conte is a manager that reacts far better to any issues happening within a game than both Pep and Klopp can and do.
So true.

On one hand you could say Pep and Klopp absolute geniuses to devise tactical plan which when followed out by the correct/suited personnel creates a super consistent winning machine.

On the other hand Tuchel, Conte and others have beaten Pep and Klopp in one off games with lesser resources and both are more adaptable tactically.

All world class but all have pros and cons.

Clattenburg says that Harry tackle on Robbo was worse than Robbo on Royal.
What does he know!
He still denies the Pedro Mendes goal for Spurs at OT.

Kane's tackle looks worse today. Thats a red 9 times out of 10. I remember Ashley Cole getting away with a similar one on Hutton and we were incensed.

To go from a team that couldn't muster a shot on target for 240 minutes or whatever it was, to one that created a hatful of chances that should have been converted, against what many consider the best team in the EPL (or one of), really is something quite special. Conte has our team firing on all cylinders in a very short time, and we were missing just as many important players as them.

"For those who are not familiar with Expected Goal Chains (xGC), the metric looks at all passing sequences that lead to a shot and credits each player involved with the xG. Instead of just looking at expected goals and expected assists, which primarily benefits strikers and attacking midfielders, xG Chains is beneficial to every player involved in a sequence."

You could see how worried Klopp was by his anger at his own team for continually allowing Son and Kane to break through. It was great!
