Kane's tackle looks worse today. Thats a red 9 times out of 10. I remember Ashley Cole getting away with a similar one on Hutton and we were incensed.
It's a red any day of the week, but it's also the kind of tackle someone (very often that someone is Robertson) gets away with every weekend. A mountain is made out of a molehill this time just because it's Kane. The media and opposing fan agenda against him is extremely weird.

"For those who are not familiar with Expected Goal Chains (xGC), the metric looks at all passing sequences that lead to a shot and credits each player involved with the xG. Instead of just looking at expected goals and expected assists, which primarily benefits strikers and attacking midfielders, xG Chains is beneficial to every player involved in a sequence."

Keep following as in the next episode we will cover xGBuildup (y)

Is there any talk of Klopp being sanctioned for his behaviour towards the ref? He was way out of line but there doesn’t seem to be any talk of sanctions.
I remember Mourinho saying something along the lines of if he behaved like Klopp he'd get banned and that he'd got bans and fines in the past but Klopp gets nothing.

I’d be very surprised if any action is taken, he gets away with a lot more than other managers.

I like over zealous tackling. Wouldn't have given Kane or Robertson a red :ROFLMAO:

Nothing like a crunching collision to get the players and crowd fired up and produce something other than a Sky produced, sterile, sanitised 'atmosphere'.

Klopp moaning but why didn't he do his job and reorganise his side to combat our very effective tactics ? On another day we would have had 6 goals.

Not sure he can. We saw the same with Villa last season. They exploited the same weakness over and over again, and he literally had no answer to it. It's very much plan A or bust for Klopp. Fortunately for them plan A is very very good.

Sorry I can't plough through all these pages again but have we mentioned yet another ricket from the 'worlds greatest goalkeeper' (copyright Liverpool fans). Alison seems to me to be a very high class version of our own Gomes. Stunning brilliance one minute and then pub standard the next.

cos it's always someone else's fault when they don't get what they want. can't stand the bitter bullying prick regardless of how good a manager he is. he's perfect for those wankers because they all have the same mindset.

I also remember an appalling tackle Sterling made side-on on Dele, where his shin bone from the front view bent into a letter C but VAR checked that one and only a yellow was given.

They say these decisions even themselves out over time and we've had more than our fair share of shocking calls go against us over the years, so fuck it. Move on.

Nothing will ever make up for the pen in the CL final anyway. Had it gone the other way, I imagine Skomina would be under police protection.

I find it hilarious that he moans about teams that can un pick his tactics. Like he kept saying we playing it long to beat the press with Kane and Son.....well no team has to play in a way to suit Liverpools tactics or just roll over and get hammered.. I just think if anyone dares to go head to head or even works out how to catch them out, he has to moan about everything. Absolute child at times.

Klopp is very fast developing into a real dickhead in my view. I can fully understand why he's so popular with Liverpool fans.

God forbid he has to drop his defensive line deeper to deal with our tactics.

He's a great manager and very likeable when they are winning. But when they lose, he's an utter ****. And if he gets challenged, he looks a bit of a clueless **** (like when he was being obnoxious to the BT reporter last year who had a go back and exposed Klopp as not being as clever as he thinks).

Conte's tactics on Sunday were exactly how teams should play Liverpool. You push your fullbacks so high and leave your defenders two on two, the logical thing for any side to do is sit, recover the ball and hit quickly on the counter. How he can complain about that defies belief? My Dipper supporting mate insisted we wouldn't have had any joy if their first choice midfield played. Bollox. It's a weakness of Klopp's way of playing, nothing to do with personnel.

As someone said above, they've no Plan B. Just an incredibly good Plan A that can be exploited like we did on Sunday.

Yup. It’s what I said before, rather than moan about us “kicking the ball over the top” everytime… maybe drop your high line lol.
Pathetic. Almost as pathetic as our finishing
