Fullback area definitely needs to be looked at. Davies deliveries are so poor in particular, he's almost completely useless as an attacking outlet on that left side.

He's a good left back but he's feeling the effects of a long hard season.

It's been Rose's fitness that's been the issue. Time to replace him.

I don't think we will as to be honest, they won't want to pay the sums we will demand. I mean we keep saying we can't lose this player or that player but it isn't like we have won anything with most of these players.

He can't go on saying that the League Cup and FA Cup are not important. Where trophies are concerned, we should go on and try to win any and all comps that we play in and not be selective. Its not that we will win any of them, but at least play your best available and form players.

We didn't lose because they have world class players. Sanchez and De Gea are their only world-class players. Pogba has World class ability but no consistency. They have some good other players a few average ones. I'd argue we had more World Class players out there today that them.

I thought he was decent at the start of the season. Certainly gone backwards. To be fair to the full backs it is difficult to pick out the only player in the who is marked and hardly moving to get space.

Man utd do not have a better team or squad then us. Doesnt matter if they overpaid in a crazy market. Only man city and pool have brought quality. Us being cheap and buying crap like llorente is costing us. waiting months for players like moura to learn to defend before he gets a sniff.

Being a fan since around 95/96 I find it incredible hard to believe we ever had the mentality as a club to win the trophies we did in the past. Doesn’t seem to matter what the circumstance, we always find a way to not quite get there.

We have good players now, but we have no clear leaders. We need that one player that the rest would run into a hail of bullets for, one that can keep his cool and show the other players that going down by a goal isn't the end of the world. In the big games I see our players look around at their teammates, and none of them show the confidence to calm their nerves.

It doesn't help that Hugo is a good guy on and off the pitch if he is shaky on a cross, nor does it help that Harry is our talisman and future when he plays like he's done since his injury. It doesn't help if Jan is one of the best defenders in the world when his body language is so negative.

Dier looked like that player after his speech about how he didn't like what everyone was saying about our club, and his demolition job vs Chelsea. Sadly, he also tends to look sulky when things go against us.

I'm not calling for anyone out - I'm looking for someone to step up.

Yeah you are right, I mean essentially we were the worse side, it's just hard to say out loud that United were the better side because they still did fuck all that was very good really. Only thing is, in the 2nd half at least, they did fuck all on purpose where as we just didn't know how to play once they'd sat deep.

I could understand him starting with Hugo's recent form but that second one was down the middle of the goal. Business end of the season & both keepers start making mistakes, triffic!!
I said before the game we need to fight for our lives & want it more. We got the opposite. Just gutting.
Why did we go so narrow, horrible tactics.
And Dele behind the ball when we need a goal? Just a horrible, horrible watch.

I think if Lloris was in decent nick, he would have come in. The fact he hasn’t made it easier to start his ‘Cup’ keeper.

Could have easily have been a Hugo mistake rather than Dembele today.

But you could argue he’d have saved the 2nd.
