I’m afraid there is no answer for this squad.

The performances were better last season with fewer options, the tempo/intensity this season is extreme.

Last season sometimes they'd be patient at the back to suck in the opposition and then spring the attack/patterns from there but this season everything is sluggish.

This squad isn't shit.

I just don’t get why Conte leaves his subs way too late

Because the cards he has to play are limited.

If you make them too early and you are wrong, you lose players who could have come up with something

We have gone from a back 5, to a front 5.

We have no space, our CM 2 aren't getting involved and we are just hitting it long. ..we are making it easy for them

They seem to have 10 defenders all on our right side.

But yea agree we are making it easy for them.

I think part of the issue is :
-no creativity from CM
-wing backs not dynamic enough to stretch them backwards
-Lucas and son have no creativity as they just run in straight lines so when there is no space to run into then we struggle with those guys, we really need another Kulu type player asap!

How can our players be so static?!? Like fucking training cones out there. I know it's exaggerated because sporting have good movement but our players aren't showing for the ball. Occasionally a fullback will make a dart forward but outside of that they are hiding

Moura too tonight with the likes of Sanchez a regular returner. So in reality tonight we have 6 starters out of 11 from a squad so bad it got our best manager in 50 years sacked which also was 3 years ago!

I left out Lucas and Sanchez because they don’t play very often. They can hardly be a cause of our problems from the bench.
