It doesn't bother me particularly. I was at the game against Utd on 29 January 1966 when we thrashed them 5-1. The G men were magic that day. That is the game I will never forget.

I was a bit pissed up at that one and for some reason bombed a couple of Man U mates with what were slightly premature texts at HT. Just one of many important lessons.

I lived in Woodford for quite a while back in the day.

We were frazzled long before that!!!

In that Man U game when we were 3-0 up at HT, most long suffering supporters knew that if they scored early in that 2nd half we were going to be in big trouble!

I remember going to Highfield Rd in the mid nineties, being 2-0 up HT in the league cup

Some were dancing in the isles & swinging from the chandeliers. Others were thinking ‘it ain’t over yet!!’ - needless to say the rest is history… Coventry 3 Dr Tottenham 2

I'm not interested in reading it as doubtless it will be full of their deluded nonsense
I doubt it will include the following though
One of the teams above West Ham in the trophy table are a team called The Wanderers. They were an amateur team who last won a trophy in 1878 ??
Bobby Moore their greatest hero was desperate to join their hated enemy Spurs, to join up with his mate Greavesie.

I was living in Cyprus at the time of that game so 2 hours ahead of the UK. Went to bed at halftime with us leading 3-0 and Man City down to ten men. Was absolutely stunned the next morning when I saw the final score. Never really recovered from that.
