How can you possibly deny we are legends, we haven't won anything for years, not even close.
Neither have Liverpool, they're not labelled legends. Half way through a season, second in the table, a LOOOOONG way to go. How have we bottled anything? Or are you one of the new set of modern fans that expects us to win every game 3-0 playing champaign football? Not going to happen with ANY team. You do realise that winning trophies in 2018, is harder than at any point in history.

Complacency loses the day.
Some very slack passing
and lack of attention.
Wolves are not a team
to faff around with.

Happy New Year.

Fuck sake. We always seem to throw in a performance like this when we are talked up.

It’s all very well talking about a new mentality getting a draw at the Nou Camp, Juventus and winning in the cup at Arsenal.

It’s progress clearly, but there is an entirely different type of pressure when the expectation is on you constantly to perform and find something. It requires a different type of mentality that we don’t yet have I’m afraid.

Match day thread going up 25 pages in 30 minutes can only mean one thing...
It's been fucking dead for a while tbh - the line 'you only sing when you're winning' comes to mind this evening.

We need another option that can contribute to goals. Lamela is not that

Just been at the game so forgive me if I've seen it wrong. But looked like Kane dived, then the Eriksen one was a pen but the ref weren't sure and didn't give it? If so, fair play. You can't cheat then complain you aren't trusted, and Kane needs to be dropped for a few games. We can't tolerate diving here, if you can't create a single chance at home to a mid table outfit then you deserve to lose and fuck anyone trying to cheer.

Saw the replay of the Kane one and it shows the trailing leg of the wolves player, clipping his heel.

Chances are pool will win tonight and we'll still be seven points and +GD ahead of scum in 5th, with Cardiff up next.

So we just get on with it and put this one behind us.

Wolves earned the spoils today.

Objective remains top 4, never been anything else.

Really poor today. The team looked exhausted. From when we scored we didn't look in control anymore.

Wolves come at us and we had nothing to react with.

Got to pick up and go again. Let's just hope Liverpool Scum is a draw and city somehow lose again.

Nothing to do with weak mentality or any of that shit. We ran out of steam after playing many intense games in a short period and just not having the depth of squad to cope with it. This was always likely to happen. But we will smash Cardiff I bet.

Getting a new midfielder in should be absolute priority, it feels like we're just crossing our fingers and hoping either Winks or Sissoko don't get injured. They must be nearly dead on their feet.

Our keeper costs us in big games. His distribution doesn't fit our game. I think he's a weak link now. I know it sounds disrespectful but all too often he's not turned up in the big matches.

Also helps when you can save anything other than those heading for top corner.. poor efforts for the 1st and 2nd.

Gazzaniga saves those all day.

Our defense leaks too many goals. That's our biggest problem. Once Aurier and Verts are healthy I'd love to see an Aurier, Toby, Verts, Rose, back line. I've been waiting two years to see it and I think it will fix a lot of our problems in the bigger matches.

If you are talking about when he was booked for diving then no. He didn't dive and was clipped. Clear foul.

This is one thing that damaged us badly, not just Kane but others too, trying to play too ambitious a ball and not building up play with more decisive passes. We were conceding possession way too easily.

Son, Alli and Kane were all guilty of dribbling when a pass was on. Odd.

Second half, we were a different team, no confidence or determination. How does Winks not get subbed, he constantly lost possession. Poch to blame for Subbing Dele with Moura. Here we go again bottling it when it matters, typical Spurs, nothing new.

Tired, less rest, sorry I don’t agree we are 1-0 up at half time and they just stopped playing, even ran away from the ball at one point. Yes sh*t happens but that was so poor against a team like wolves, wolves weren’t good we were so poor, the worst performance of the season.
