Have a good New Year everyone.
It says it all about Spurs and there attitude to Youth that it is now January and still they haven't posted the profiles of our 1st year scholars.
Stadium - World class Training ground - World class
U21 squad - the poorest I have ever seen
U18 squad - the poorest I have ever seen (especially v QPR in FA Youth Cup)
To be a World class team then at all levels you must behave like one.
Just look at the real big teams, they raid the world for top quality youngsters . Us 1 player from Sheffield United but at the same time lose 2 England U16's to Southampton!
I honestly believe the club is run by idiots.

I know it is not easy but there is something seriously wrong with our scouting and player development.

Which is why it's all being revamped, but it will take time unfortunately. The club FP and Conte as well are very aware of the situation with the youth team structure.

Alex Inglethorps went to Liverpool and then became their Academy Director. It was John McDermott who went to the FA. Both were a huge loss to the Spurs Academy.

Sorry, you’re right. I meant John McDermott.
I think a lot of youth watchers would suggest that Inglethorpe was a bigger loss. Maybe its unfair because McDermott was here longer and we watched go stale but I think there's definitely something to the view.

Was wondering what’s all this noise around romaine mundle is he actually that good?

Another question wondering if some of you may be able to help did we get a buy back clause on madueke?

If we see Edwards as viable I wonder if we could look at him eventually

Romaine has ability on the ball, pace and confidence but has to work on decision
making and being more involved. I do not see him of the level that Markanday or Clarke were.

Madueke turned down a scholarship so no direct negotiations between Spurs and PSV so no sell on clause.

Talk currently about Edwards potentially returning this window. Which Alasdair Gold has now said is wide of the mark.

Who would you rate higher out of Edwards and Madueke

Under 18s just kicked off at home to Aston Villa. In the 5th minute and currently 0-0.

1-0 up. Not sure on the scorer, I think either Moore or Olusesi.

Edit. It was Olusesi.

Skipp has replaced Bissouma in the starting line up against Portsmouth and now Romaine Mundle has replaced Skipp on the bench.
