Caulker was average when he left us, he's average today, and he'll be average the day he retires. I can't for the life of me understand why so many of our fans are so reluctant to let go. He'll never amount to anything much more than he is now, we got good money for him, let's forget about him now

I'm not quite at the point where I think he will "never amount to anything much more than he is now" but I do believe he wasn't quite good enough for us and at this time isn't. I also agree that we got good money for him.
