Leicester fans think he's lazy and borderline unprofessional, Tielemans really doesn't seem to be a Conte-type player. When he was motivated 2 years ago he was great but can't see us buying him now. Whoever we get will have reputation for working hard like Deki and Bentancur I think. Especially after the whole Ndombele fiasco.

Not been very impressed by Djed Spence today. Crossing has been poor and hasn't shown any thing to go 1v1 other than trying to speed past on the outside. There are surely better options out there.

Yep. Sounds good, young English and in a position we need. But you watch him and its a different story.

Potential, but would need a loan

It’s probably the biggest game of his young career. Just because he’s not played great doesn’t mean he’s whack.

People seem to forget that Bissouma is currently facing sexual assault charges. If acquitted, fine. Until then? HARD pass.

Personally from what i've seen im not overly convinced he'd do well in the PL but his numbers are very impressive and he does have good shooting technique. Not sure id go for him tho.

Unless you’re an exceptional talent it is very hard to judge both the quality and adaptability of players in France.

Terrier’s stats are impressive but if you watch his highlights reel time and time again he’s in acres of space and has all the time in the world to weigh up and execute his options. You simply do not get this sort of time and space in the EPL.

Secondly, he’s 25 and has had ‘one’ impressive season. Fair enough if he was 20, 21 and had just broken on to the scene but he’s not, he’s 25 and playing in a poor league. Outside of the Harlem Globe Trotters in PSG the rest are average to poor.

For me I would be scouting Germany… the standard is much better than France, the tactics and style of play is similar to the EPL. There’s a lot of very good established and young players in Germany. For me I would be going all out for Diaby at Leverkusen. Pace, trickery, young, can play on the left or right hand side, has decent goals and assists for a wide forward (13 and 11).

Neves and Phillips if possible, should be ahead of Bissouma for me. If we want prem proven. All things considered.

Personally I think we need both Neves and Phillips. Given the expected Champions League and domestic matches plus inevitable fatigue, injuries and suspensions having 5 central midfielders is a must. We currently play 2 but by having 5 it would give us the flexibility to play 3 in the middle.

Bentancur, Phillips, Hojbjerg, Skipp, Neves = defensive stability, physical presence and progressive passing (Neves). I would still look to sign Eriksen as well.

Not seen a great deal of him, but there are calls for hin to get in the France squad, and you’ve got to be a decent player to be in contention for their forward pool.

Also this is the journo with the story. I choose to believe anything she says!

Press is going to absolutely hound him now the story has broken.

I would have thought Dwight McNeil did enough on Satruday to catch the eye of both Conte and Paratici. He's a difficult player to know what to do with position wise, but it's clear he's got the ability to play a top club. He could be developed as a top class utility player, that could be used anywhere other than as a striker, GK or CB in Conte's system.
