Would you want them to though?
Completely new system, worked on in training and friendlies throughout the summer.
Take Sandro as an example, he's been with the Brazil team for two months, will miss the entire pre season, be tired when Premier League season kick off. The most crucial position in AVBs system, do you put Sandro straight into it?
Or do you go with Livermore who has worked on the positioning and team work with the central defenders and midfielder for over a month.
