Nah fuck this cup, Europa and the Prem for me. One is our ticket to UCL, the other is the league (where we currently aren't doing well). Besides, we can beat Brighton with a reserve 11. If Poch puts out a team anything like what you posted I'm done watching Spurs for a while.

Vorm
Walker-Peters - Fazio - Chiriches - Davies
Stambouli - Dembele
Lennon - Ceballos - Townsend
Adebayor
Adebayor starts because I want Soldado or Kane at the weekend, but Adebayor will be too tired to play 90 in this, so sub in Kane/Soldado after 45-60 minutes.
Dier needs a rest badly if Naughton isn't going to be back.
Give Ceballos a game. If not, Paulinho (in a 3 man CM).

Then play the best XI (rested!) in the next Premier League match for a change.

Just for once, please play the 2 physical based wingers (Aaron and Andros) with the physical based striker (Ade)...and play the 3 technique based attacking mids (Chadli Eriksen and Lamela) with the technique based striker (Soldado). Kane can play with either set as he's capable of both physical target man work and passing/moving/creating/intelligent work.

Ths would be my ideal team...4:3:3

Rose------vertonghen---fazio-----anyone with pace

---------------eriksen--stambouli--mason/paulhino

---------------Townsend---bobby/Kane---lamela

Think you need Townsend as one of the 3. Harsh on Chadli as he started the season well but you need a bit of pace in your attack to stretch teams and make space.

Also you can't go on with rose as the sole provider of width, recall fredricks or find another right back in the youth set up

Brighton haven't won in league for ages and Hyypia is under fire, losing this one on any team chosen would be terrible result.

Are you seriously suggesting starting Rose at RB?

We have a player that looks very good for his age in Kyle walker-peters, who plays right back.

We've gone back a month haven't we? We lost to WBA then had a cup tie midweek.

Bit deja vu.
