Might be early but I rather forget the Burnley defeat and move on. Ditch the 3 at the back and go back 4-2-3-1.

I'd drop Eriksen. Been shit for weeks on end.
Let's just forget the peach he played into Kane to put him 1v1 or the fact that we are 100% reliant on him to create because we don't have another midfielder who can spell "through ball". Yeah sure that would be lovely to drop him.

A goal and 2 assists in the 2 games before this, genius.

Tough week for us with so many injured or not fully fit players. A win against Chelsea would be great followed by victory on the NLD. I think Poch will want all the match winners we have and the tough game against Burnley will I hope be a springboard for another run of winning games

I guess the NLD being so close after this one may affect a selection to an extent. Maybe Rose sitting out for being fresh for Saturday.

I'd be inclined to play a diamond and start Llorente. Chelsea have their number two keeper in and I think Kane playing off Llorente could cause their defense real problems.

Could put Son on Jorginho, much like Dele did, likewise Sissoko tracking Kante driving forward, and the small matter of Hazard.

Just go right at them and exploit their weakness - defensively.

If we sit back in a timid way we'll just encourage them and we'll probably be punished.

What gives me hope for this game is the space Sissoko should get to drive forward, could be a game changer for us.

Oh shut up you big Wendy.

If we lose against Chelsea, for the rest of the season you're going to turn your back on the club you're supposed to support.

I would go for this but with Trippier in for Aurier. I think it's so important for there to be wide attacking outlets and not having our threats all occupying the same areas of the pitch, don't want to see us overly-narrow again. My only issue would be that it's also the same team I'd like to see against Arsenal or if anything the only change possibly being Lamela for Lucas for the NLD.

But hey, heavy rotation may not be as much as an issue as we think, over the Xmas period I'm pretty sure we made few changes to the team numerous times when we were playing every 3/4 days.

Two days later we've Arsenal, so Im not sure any fan wouldn't be up for that regardless of what happens at Chelsea.

And if we do lose at Chelsea, touch wood we don't obviously, the NLD would be massively significant for the top four race.

Reassessed my team, if Dier is able then I’d want him in. Whatever his limitations are purported to be, one thing not in dispute his his leadership ability.

Additionally, I think Sanchez has to play, I can’t bear to see grown men being bullied like infirm children again after yesterday, it’s embarrassing.

I really wish Dele was fit for this one too, we need every big game player right now. I’d have Lamela in to do to Jorginho what Dele did at Wembley.

I’d go:

Lloris
Aurier Sanchez Vertonghen Rose
Dier
Sissoko Eriksen
Lamela
Kane Son

Gazzaniga Alderweireld Davies Wanyama Winks Lucas Llorente

Couldn’t care less how big the game is it’s time to throw KWP in. Trippier and Aurier are both done at this club it’s time to see if KWP is worthy of being RB next season. Start him every single game till end of the season, Poch is meant to trust youth it’s about time he showed it at RB.

If Poch does that, and we end up dropping even more points, possibly out of the top 3/4 , he'll be fucking slaughtered for throwing an inexperienced kid into the equation at the business end of the season.
