I am not sure Soton warrants a 3rd CM.

I'd rather play one of Lucas/Bergwijn/Kulusevski instead of Winks. Much better attacking options.

3 4 3 does seem to be the preferred system so yeah you are probably right. In that case Winks dropped for an attacker.

I'd like to see us try 3-5-2 with Lucas at RWB:

Lloris
Sanchez Romero Davies
Lucas Bentancur Hojbjerg Winks Reguilon
Kane Son

In one of his recent pressers (post Brighton) Conte said he didn't think Bentancur or Kulusevski were ready to start as they needed more time to get the hang of his methods.

Therefore I think it's veeeeerry likely we'll be seeing the same lineup as in the Brighton game unless Conte decides to give Stevie a start over Lucas.

I think we should go 3-5-2 for this, Southampton play a high line with a high press, taking control of the ball and releasing our front men will be key here for me.

So Bentancur in for Moura, otherwise the same 11.

This was his most recent presser:

Are the new boys ready for the Premier League and its physical nature?

Yeah, we’re talking about two strong players physically with good quality. Kulusevski and Bentancur are strong physically & they can play in this league. This league is not for all because you have to match quality and physicality to play in this league. We’re talking about two players able to play in this league and they can help us a lot.

Rodrigo Bentancur is on top form and Kulusevski we’re working very hard because he has an important engine. Two important players for us who can help us for the rest of the season.

That sounds more like Bentancur is ready to slot in if needed, while Kulu might take a bit longer to build up to full fitness.

Would like to see a 3-5-2 again with Winks, Bentancur and Hojbjerg in the middle. Think it’s our best chance of resisting their high press and progressing the ball in the absence the Dier.

If not and we go for 343 then want to see Bergwijn in ahead of Lucas, who has quietly come back onto one of his runs where he’s erratic and inconsistent.

I really hope he starts Bentancur. Think his ball retention under pressure could be really useful against the Saints press tonight.

Think if will be this, but hopefully with either Lenglet or Davies in for Sanchez. Personally think Lenglet is more likely but wouldn't be that surprised if Davies started either.
