I think Aurier and possibly Rose will start against City, and Lamela will definitely start that one imo.

Poch will use the squad shrewdly over the coming weeks.

If Kane still wants to chase for the golden boot then he’d want to start this game. He’d have a better chance of improving his goal tally against them than against City although he would still start against City, if fit.

I really don't want to see him injured again. He can still come off the bench for 30mins and snatch a goal or two.

I like the idea of playing Aurier and Rose and giving Lucas Moura a start. I also think it would be ideal if we gave Kane about a half or so in this game if his ankle still isn't 100%. Are we going to see Winks again this season?

I think most fans would agree with you but I don’t think Kane thinks that way. If he’s fit, he’d want to play and try to increase his goal tally and I think Poch would allow him to start. Anyway, he would have had another 6 days of rest and recovery before the Stoke game.

Why when we have a clear week between games? I think Poch will play his best side given the opposition. Hard to see past the team that started against Chelsea apart from Kane starting and one of Lamela or Son dropping to the bench.

I can only see any squad rotation for the Brighton game.
