Wonderful goal.

Indeed. I was right in line with it as it bent into the net. I was there with a Leeds supporting mate (more a Robbie Keane supporting mate) and he was cheering too.

Haven't seen a video of that goal anywhere.

I hope his Christmas Party was worth it.

Oh and Robbie Keane's in Scotland? I think Mrs_K just orgasmed.

Great thread. It'll surely bring a tear to Dougall's eye. Bless his cotton socks.

Good luck Keano.

We all dream of a team of Robbie Keanes...

Screw bringing a tear to Dougals eye, this video (one I've posted in a few anti-Keane threads over the past year) has me blubbing, especially as I'm in the middle of a Robbie Keane Tribute poem

As I had already put in Stophe's rep, I was holding it together until this thread, the bastard :)

That hatrick against Everton - I went into my local on my way to the game and told the landlord to stick a few quid on Keane getting a treble that day. He didn't :)

I do not want to spoil your little tearful appreciation thread here (honestly I know I will but I am not doing it intentionally) but where the hell does the incredibly frustrasting gesture of fecking off to liverpool fit into his wonderful inspiring image? really, considering the facts I reallly can't understand this type of melodramatic farewell ceremony especially when he's actually doing the same thing out of egoistic motives again!

Well yeah he banged a few good ones, pretended to love the crowd and be a dedicated yiddo but his actions exposed him and all I can say to him is - 'thanks for the many quality games' and nothing more. just my little point here, don't jump on me. or actually do it if it will make you feel better but this won't solve your personal problems causing you to be a little bit out of touch with reallity.

What a shame ! I wish you well Robbie. Your goal against Blackburn was one of the best I have ever seen.
You made Berbatov look world class. You made Mido look decent. You showed how good you are playing with Teddy. A shame Defoe was too selfish to ever understand how good a team player you are.

I hope you have a great time at Celtic. I hope you rediscover your fire, score a hatful of goals and get to the pace of the game again.

Good luck and hope to see you soon old boy.

And to all you idiots who have your wish be careful what you wish for.

Agree. Harry should have left him at Pool

My favourite memory of Keane isn't of him scoring, but of him turning Bouhlarouz inside out and dumping on his arse in the Chelsea game.

Quality player. Best of luck our Robbie.
