Why is he even pressing there?

Because we needed the ball back to try and get a goal??

He'd also been left high and dry all game by Bale as Harrison and Alioski ran wild.

Look at that clip again and watch how Hojberg just let Raphina or whoever it was completely run off him. No blame on him for that goal? There's no way it would have made any difference if Aurier tried to sprint back from where he was with how quick the ball was moved.

Mourinho got hate for his treatment of the squad on here

By the same people that have constantly posted the same thing

He pretty much was bang on with it bar his obsession with Sissoko(what the fuck was that about)

I've gone for:

Doherty - What a waste of a signing

Sanchez - I think of our cb's he's the one who we could actually make money on, I wish he could develop but we're having the same conversations season on season

Dier - don't see who would sign him but I simply don't rate him, I thought maybe keep as a utility man but him constantly doing interviews everytime he manages to not fuck up a for a couple of games and then of course making another mistake is the straw that broke the camels back back - don't think we'll be able to sell him.

Rose - he's been gone a long time

Gazzaniga - I like him as a back up but takes up a non-hg role

Lamela - last year of contract, always threatens to kick on for about 8/9 years now and just yeah, I think we should move him on.

Aurier - I like him but last year of contract, always hear he wants to move on and one of the few players we could actually get money for

Winks - I think we could make money on him, how I wish somebody like city decided they want to spend way too much on him.

Sissoko - Awful footballer, don't think we'll be able to sell him

Vinicius - loan deal, not good enough

Also open to selling if we could but think they could make good squad players but i guess it depends what offers we can get.

Alderweireld - I think if we're bringing in new cb's then maybe worth keeping Alderweireld as a squad player for experience but if we can get a good deal then fine to sell.

Moura - I think he's a great squad but again because of difficulty of how hard it is to shift players, I think he could get some interest and I'd be happy for him to go for right deal.

I meant why isn’t Bale or another attacker pressing there. I’m not blaming him as such just mad our right back is pressing from there.

I suspect those 7 people are the kind of guys that think we should just go and spend £300M every transfer window because anything else "lacks ambition"
There probably are but I wouldn’t be surprised to see him go to PSG in the summer so we need to keep an eye for a new keeper.
Thought I was bad with 16 (and no I didn’t include Hugo!) and I didn’t include Bale, Vini, Lucas, Stevie B, lamela or foyth.
We are a complete and utter mess barring a couple of players and I don’t envy whoever ends up with the poison chalice

We’re in a mess aren’t we but so many of us thought we were when Poch arrived.

id look to give Devine and Cirkin some minutes now until the end of the season.

I wonder what the reaction would be if the players could see this thread.

Hopefully trigger some soul searching.

Takes a special kind of idiot to think giving Lloris the boot Is the answer to any of our problems. Especially after the saves he made today.

Who the fuck do the 16 people who voted for him think we're likely to bring in who would be better? Beggars belief.

Bale wasn't even on the pitch at that point. It's the really hard working pair of Moura and Lamela that were on. But we can't call in to question their work rate like we can take easy pot shots at Bale.

Aurier should be one of the first out the door.

Sorry but our recruitment is just a joke. We've bought in so many personalities that just aren't winners.

Even Ndombele our record signing has serious question marks over his work ethic and character lets be honest.

Look at Aurier today, we are going nowhere with wasters like this.

What’s even worse about that video is that Mason isn’t even looking let alone shouting at him even tho he’s right in front of him.

I clicked 10 players on the list and was being generous to a few others.....when I scroll through those I clicked it's depressing to think that we would only get decent money for about 3 of them I.e Ndombele, Winks & probably Dier....

After today I couldn’t give a toss about any of them, just so tired of watching the same old shite. Cash in on Kane and Son and have a proper rebuild with a new manager, fuck it.

Doherty, Dier, Sissoko, Winks, Rose, Sanchez and Hart are the absolute must dispose of at all costs from the squad. Vinicius has done nothing to suggest we should make his move permanent. The likes of Lamela, Lucas can go as they don’t move the needle enough to warrant their inconsistency but I wouldn’t be too upset if they stayed and weren’t being used as key first teamers. Dele I could care less about

However, we will not see a squad overhaul and we all know it

I’d like to see Dele stay. I think he still has it in him from the glimpses I saw yesterday. Just needs to be better coached.

Poor Sissoko, up over 90%! Bless. He does mean well. But... yeah.
Yet, Rose, the cheeky chappy he only sits at 40%!! :ROFLMAO:

I know there is a school of thought that no major clear out is required. Perhaps three or four in and three or four out. They just need better coaching. I hope they're right. As our current financial situation will probably only allow for that much change.

Personally, I'm kinda done with Rose, Dier, Winks, Sissoko, Doherty, Lamela, Aurier... and borderline on Sanchez + Dele.

Although I am not done with them... I do find it worrying that in games like today, Kane, Bale and Son really struggled. I can't say whether it is down to the quality of the opponent, or were they just not at the races. That's the third game in a row, that Kane has looked pretty average. I feel for the guy, I really do. Maybe he's putting in 100% effort, with 100% passion. I can't say. Maybe he's fed up. Maybe he wants to be fit for the Euros. Maybe he does want to leave and is realizing that getting that type of move is borderline impossible this summer.

I honestly have no idea which players should stay or go. Depends I guess on the new coach.

Only thing I can say with some certainty, is that we definitely have five or six members of the squad who aren't good enough, physically, skillfully, and mentally.

You could see a team today of players for Leeds, that are well coached... yes. But you also saw how aggressive they were. How they never stopped running. Made very few mistakes. Whereas our boys, even if not well coached, looked a bit puddled and limp. You can blame coaching all day, if it makes you feel happy. But I'd like to think that this morning, before the game, these players would have been looking at the league table and thinking... we have a chance. But only if we throw ourselves into every match.

Maybe today they did try as hard as they can and gave it their all. But just weren't good enough or fit enough to match Leeds. Or, maybe they just don't have the fight in them.

Guess we'll find out next season.
