Things I've realised this season is technical ability means f all in football if you don't make an effort. We have a bunch of players who have bags of talent but don't put an effort in. The Leeds squad we played today aren't technically very good bar a couple players but they all put a shift in and thats why they do well.

With that in mind I voted all the players that I don't think give 100% every game and players who just arent good enough anymore.

I disagree Leeds don’t have technical players- they do and it showed, allied to their fitness, workrate and patterns of course.

Lloris and Toby played well, and are not part of the immediate problem. Rodon and Reggie need time. Davies decent squad player.

Dier, Aurier, Doherty and Sanchez, along with Winks, Sissoko, Lamela and Dele do not do their main jobs properly. These must be first out the door, after Rose and Vinny.

Aarons, Klosterman and Sabitzer in,along with Skipp and Sess coming back.

This renewal process will need a second summer too, when we likely use the Kane money, and it’ll probably be time for Hugo and Toby to go home

I'm surprised no one on here has mentioned Cameron Carter-Vickers. Yes, that's right, he's still our player. And they say we can't shift players because they're on fat contracts. smh.

Surely it depends who we get in before we ship people out. So many people slagged off and wanted rid of Walker, Rose, Eriksen, Dembele, Trippier.....but all of those would walk in this team even now (maybe not Rose I admit lol)
Why are we so quick to dismiss our players?
By all means upgrade but just shipping out with no plan will not help us.

Why are we so quick to dismiss our players? - Well, the short answer is easy. Sissoko :D

But generally speaking I think you're right, we don't give players time to come good and make snap judgements based on relatively few games. But I think a number of the current squad have had a fair crack and as I said a few months ago, these are all good players on their day, they just don't have that day often enough. I think we've seen the majority of them enough to see that. I wouldn't mind seeing a lot of these gone but at the same time I understand that it's unlikely to happen like that and that from that list, it's probably reasonable to expect two or three departures at best, four if Levy has been on the whizz when the bids come in, so the odds are that most of them will get another go at it under the next fall guy anyway.

Sorry times. I picked many, all for different reasons.
Lloris
Aurier
Doherty
Sissoko
Winks
Lamela
Hart
Toby
Dier
Rose
Moura

Will Levy deliver on the rebuild? Very much doubt it.

I picked them all except Skipp and Sess, i am sick of them all. Mentally weak who never show up in must win games or finals. Get rid. Kane the worst of them....all his BS about winning trophies and he has been terrible in every final or semi we got to. We need players with the mentality of champions and none of them have it.

So this awful, awful season is down to Levy, Mourinho, the players. Mainly Mourinho when he was here, but he's gone so maybe not so much him because now, we've got football geniuses advocating getting rid of the best player we've had in a very long time.

Class :D

I put 11 on the list.

Aurier, Doherty, Davies, Dier, Sanchez, Winks, Sissoko, Lucas, Lamela, Rose, Gazzaniga,

I actually looked at yesterday's line up and thought who would be a nailed on starter next season and I only came up with Lloris, Hojbjerg, Kane and Son.

Bale is still a talent but he seems to pick and choose which games he can be bothered with.

Dele is also still a talent but as everyone knows he blows very hot and (mostly) cold these days.

Ndombele I am still on the fence with. I don't think he imposes himself on games enough which is worrying when you pay £50m+ for a CM.

The rest are squad players at best and could be upgraded in my opinion.

It's a daunting proposition for the next coach and a scary time ahead for the fans.

Given that we'd do well to shift 4 I'd say Sissoko, Dier, Winks and Doherty top of the list. If, by some miracle we could lose a few more,

Davies - we'll have Reggie, Sessegnon and Cirkin
Hart - Upgrade needed
Dele - if we can get decent money
Lamela - past his sell by date and devaluing rapidly
Sanchez - if we can get decent money

We'll never shift that lot but I wouldn't mind losing any of them. It all depends greatly on the new manager though and what system he wants to play.

Those of you who voted Kane, you don’t deserve for us to keep him or for us to have any good player.

I didn’t vote for him, but I can see the temptation to sell, for his and our good. It’s a double edged decision. It could give us the money for a re-build, the problem being is that the people in charge of that re-build have shown no skill set - time and again - of being competent enough to oversee that and get it right. That’s the terrifying thing, the people making decisions are absolute clowns. That’s why we need Rangnick.

Priority - Dier, Sissoko, Winks, Dele, Sanchez
To be Sold - Lamela, Lucas, Bale, Aurier, Doherty, Davies
If we get a decent offer - Toby, NDombele, Lo Celso, Bergwijn

A lot of those are potentially very good (GLC, Ndombele, Bergwijn) so do you suggest going back to proven young premier League players rather than potentially top tier players who are currently at second tier clubs (e.g Lyon, PSV, Betis) because we are not going to attract top tier players now

Sanchez, Dier, Winks and Rose are the obvious ones. Doherty too unless we get a coach who plays a system where he fits. I also think it's time for some of our more faithful servants, like Lamela and Davies, to leave. Aurier I'd like to keep, but his contract situation probably makes that difficult. Alli gets a new chance for me.

Surprised Hart got so many votes. He’s our reserve keeper who plays very few games. Not sure how much blame here an get for the mess we’re in.

Need a whole new back 4 really and a player in the centre of midfield.

Long term replacement for Lloris also needs to be considered.
