If Berahino doesn't start for WBA tonight, I am having a wank whilst chanting "Saido. Say me. Saido for always, that's the way it should be" at the top of my lungs.

The BBC's preview of the game says that Gnabry wasn't registered in time to play tonight, and Rondon certainly won't have been, so Berahino will probably play, but I wouldn't read too much into it - it may be why the deal has dragged on, in fact.

It depends how confident WBA are of a bid for Berahino. An injury to him could mess up WBA's entire plan. They'll suddenly be left with 5 strikers on their books and huge negative net spend at a time when the owner is looking for perspective buyers to sell. I think WBA have now spent 25m this window, whilst only recouping 3m for Dorrans.
