Initially, Vlahovic and Chiesa were the coveted players in the team's strategy after Kane's departure, prior to Paratici's ban. Despite the setback, his ongoing involvement means that both players are still viable options within the team's budget. It's worth noting that Juventus has currently rejected any approach, but the right amount of money could potentially change their stance. Considering the situation, my feeling is that if we pursue more aggressively, only one of these players will likely be secured.

Ange likes the players and thinks they would suit his system

Man am I so glad to hear Chiesa being confirmed as a potential target. He's the game changing signing we need at winger. Perfect Ange style winger. Him, Orban and a CB and we are set for this season. Let's go!

Please be Chiesa. Even broken I'd prefer him to Dusan
I struggle to see us getting Dusan and Orban. Truth be told tho Dusan would go straight into the starting 11, Orban would probably be a back up. Crazy to think that both Dusan and Chiesa were made available at the start of the window. Supposedly Chiesa’s agent even came to London for talks with potential suitors. He was heavily linked to Pool and Newcastle at the time. Bad timing on our part as they seems to want to hold onto them now. I do agree with WLB tho that Juve could well break as they need do need to raise funds.

Interesting news. Thinking from Juve's point of view though they don't have a strong squad at the moment and they are arguably their two best players so losing either would be bad and not go down well with their fans. Also would pretty much rule them out of winning Serie A this season unless they're got some very good replacements lined up. Can't see either happening in the end to be honest.

Di Mazio claims Juve were valuing Vlahovic at €80m inc. add ons in the negotiations with Chelsea for Lukaku.

So expensive but doable if we acted Fast and gave Juve time to find a replacement I suppose.

Italian teams are broke at the moment and money talks so you never know. Looking at Milan though they've played it really well losing Tonali for good money but reinvesting in areas they need. It's a strong looking Milan squad now.

Focus is now on creating space for new signings. The club aims to bring in at least 3 new players and potentially see as many as 7 departures. The primary objective is to clear out underperforming players, allowing for better-quality additions to come in to support Ange until the next transfer window.
