Yep. Liverpool have already made an outlay of £45m this transfer window so far, with no rumours that any key players will be leaving.

They've not signed anyone to be that scared of, and they don't really have any players that the top clubs would want. There's Gerrard who has been having a bit of an injury nightmare the last two years and probably wouldn't leave now anyway, and Suarez who only joined in January.

Glad to see itk's confirming our interest in Mata, but as i wrote earlier, he wants to stay at Valencia unless Barca come for him. Pity, would have been awesome.

Croatian sources confirmed Transfer request by all accounts. And by sources im guessing they mean either no fucker, or the agency Nikki vusan and mamic work for

Liverpool may not have signed anyone individually amazing but at least they have identified realistic targets to improve their 1st eleven and squad on the whole, then really gone for those players and got them in - yeah they've overpaid but sometimes you have to get what you want, that's if you know exactly who you want to start off with...

If Kenny can get these guys to gel as a team they could be quite a threat, no super stars but old fashioned team spirit. May not work out but you cant knock the effort...

Palacios is the closest to leaving atm..Should be confirmed by the end of next week..A number of loan deals going to happen mainly for the younger players but after the tour of South Africa. This week and last week Harry and the coaching staff been monitoring the progress of the likes of Livermore, Naughton, Bostock and others..
