Do people think we'll let Pienaar go after sending Townsend on loan? I don't think so. We lack depth in the wide areas, unless we bring somebody in I don't think we'll sell/loan out Pienaar.

You'd assume that if we're willing to let them both go we'd be bringing someone in, though Andros was at best 19th man, Pienaar is very much a bench warmer, and would need replacing in some way.

Roger Morgan on SO

On Pienaar:
Quote:
Sunderland want Pienaar. Think we'll take £4m
On Strikers:
Quote:
They very much regret not getting Shane Long before he went to West Brom. He may be one we return to in future. The other striker we would quite like as an impact forward from the bench is Klasnic of Bolton. Seven goals this season in a struggling team.

I am overwhelm with the names mentioned above.

You're a special one aren't you?

Are you going to peddle this same 'I'm overwhelmed with the premier league/british players that Harry only knows' bullshit again for the 28th window in a row?

Just keep ignoring the other ITK posts with Leandro, Kaka, Elm etc in them.

Bring in Hoilett and that problem is solved, better player than both.

Hasnt worked out for Pienaar and I think enough clubs would be interested in him to take him on loan or buy outright.

RE; Pienaar, I posted this in SC ITK forum this morning but it’s not been done yet.

“We’ll take Pienaar; Loan offer only (for now anyway).
Reply was lots interested. At the minute our ONLY target.
You owe us one after Jenas.”

if you can re word it so it will be easer to read and that anyone who doesn't know who we are will understand it I will post it up in the RO

With Man C getting beat (still laughing), beat Everton and 3 points behind. 2 quality signings (striker/wing cover) and we'll be in with one hell of a chance of winning the league.

Be fair mate, those PL signings of Friedel, Parker, Adebayor, Gallas, Kaboul, Palacios and Kranjcar have all been disastrous for us.

if this is about villa, it cant be true. Jenas is still on loan there and you cant loan 2 players from the same club

Sorry, We meaning Aston Villa.
Villa have made contact with Spurs regarding the availability of Pienaar on loan. Loan is all Villa are after at the minute. But its been suggested that could change. Villa have also been told there are many clubs interested.

Hi buddy, I'm 77.001% sure your mate is pulling your leg.

Think about it, how can anyone know the outcome of a court case that hasn't even started yet? We can have a guess...................but to start quoting percentages

I really advise you would keep stuff like that to yourself as it will be open season when some of the known "hot head" posters come on here.

Oh....... and feel free to use my sig

I was at at game recently VIP style ad met some very informed people at the club. A good friend of Daniel Levy, 3 ex players and the ex brother in law of Alan Sugars Son.
The feeling within is that Harry is definitely going down. Will definitely do jail time.
I was also told that Ancelotti was favourite to come in, but having seen him go to PSG I am hoping the rest of the information I have is wrong. I can verify my sources with Mods if needed.

jenas is out for a while and has been back at Tottenham for treatment for a while. He wont play for Villa again this season. to be fair it didnt seem his heart was in it from the start anyway.
Villa are still paying his wages and and will continue to do so. If/When villa decide to cancel the contract the insurance will cover his wages for the rest of the season. its just easier for villa to pay his wages for now; dont know why? that will free up the option for pienaar on loan.
But as i say; tottenham told us that there are many interested teams; and personally i expect to see us bid for him.

As has been mentioned already, it is absolutely impossible for anyone to know if Redknapp will go down or not, the Jury probably wont even have been chosen yet, and when it is they will make sure that nobody in the Jury has any links, however small, to anyone at Spurs or to Redknapp. They will also be told in no uncertain terms to ignore anything they may have already heard in the media. This isn't a dig at you in any way shape or form RJ, it's just that any info that has anything to do with Redknapp being guilty or not is more to do with the people who are giving it out (in this case the people that told you) wanting to feel more important than they are by implying they have some kind of information.

Literally the only person who will have any idea if Redknapp does bird, is the Judge, and that will only be when the Jury have passed their verdict.

Would depend on the wording of the rules. It may only state you can't have two loanees at the same time. In which case you might be able to cancel one then have another. We might be able to buy Adebayor then loan Tevez, as another (though thoroughly unrealistic!) example.

Podolski and Leandro we should be looking at
I would love Podolski, but when i suggested him in the summer i got told by many people who haven't watched the Bundesliga that he never scored enough goals in a season, It seems too late now,

He's a brilliant striker of the ball and it seems he is going to Arsenal now
Good player.
Is he, I would argue is much of a improvement on Pav and defoe, bear in mind at their prior clubs they had great scoring records

i cant see levy buying a striker who is doing ok at a team at the bottom near the end of his career

doesnt jenas still count as a loan player? and you cant loan 2 players from the same club

He said Villa are going to cancel Jenas loan
