[Bjork on]It's

Oh

So

Quiet.................. [/Bjork off]

It seems our lack of ITK could possibly do with the fact that our chief whore, nicdic, got married a few months ago and hasn't been seen in public since.

Rumour has it that he's turned into some sort of viagra munching monster with Howard Hughes type hair and nails and was last seen dry humping a fire extinguisher on the wall outside the wedding suite of his honeymoon hotel in Beirut.

Needless to say, we are investigating.

Meanwhile, Spurs in the news.............

Talksport say that Spurs midfielder Sandro could be on his way out of White Hart Lane, with his agent refusing to rule out the possibility of one of "many" expressions of interest in his client turning into a move to Italy.

The Daily Mirror reckon that Juventus are keen to sell reserve striker Amauri to Tottenham in January. The 31-year-old can leave on a free transfer in the summer.

Well done Ashley! The inuagural winner of The Weekly Absolute Tit (or T.W.A.T) is Ashley Cole for a taunt of "Thursday night, Channel 5" - a reference to Manchester City's elimination from the Champions League - which sparked a confrontation between Chelsea and City players in the tunnel after the Blues' 2-1 win on Monday. Classless nerk. Or indeed, Twat if you prefer.

And finally..........Rumour has it that Arsene Wenger is chasing 16yr old child prodegy Dinsdale Farharqueson. The choirboy and brilliant Violinist, from Buckinghamshire has never kicked a football in his life and with Arsene hot on his heels, that's exactly what he's running for. His life.

Until next time. Tards.

WE RELY ON YOU TO DONATE AND HELP KEEP SC RUNNING!
PLEASE PUSH THE BUTTON AND MAKE OUR DAY!
EVERY LITTLE HELPS!

I don't think ITK has the same appeal anymore now Spurs are actually quite good...

So far JJ has said no to our interest in Sow and we have had reports ranging from the utter shitness that is Amuri to Tevez and Kaka. Silly season is truly upon us

It's an anomaly that all the sense determines that deals are not done necessarily within thirty window days, more set up in the preceding months and indeed, concluded where time ran out from the previous window.

So for ITK to suddenly kick in to action on 1st Januaryas if the tap has suddenly turned on is a tall order to get one's head around, so to speak.

edit - goes off to ban one's self.

Well judging by our previous history we don't start looking at players until half through a transfer window

Some transfer ITK from the last month or so:

POTL (COYS)

Sarcastic response to today's Tevez story in the Sun (14/12):
Spurs would also like; Messi, Ronaldo, Xavi, Iniesta, Ozil, Sneijder.

Wonderful newspaper The Sun is.
On Luka (07/12):
Negotiating imporved terms on contract with same length of deal to run.
On Bassong (01/12):
Will leave in January, probably to QPR who are extremely interested still.
On Junior Hoilett (25/11):
Bid to come in Jan.
On Lennon to Malaga (11/11):
On Alejandro Faurlín (03/11):
Excellent Excellent player. Very talented, knows when to play it short, got the hollywood ball in his locker, gem of a left foot and gets stuck in, one of those rare midfield players who has a bit of flair but also not afraid to muck in, perhaps lacks a bit of pace though. We have watched him along with Inter, Arsenal and am sure there is interest from other clubs, QPR will do well to keep hold of him.

Peanut (COYS)

On Gio and Sevilla (08/12)
Until the last day of the window they were only offering a loan. When they made an offer, it was 4 times less than a bid we'd accepted from Udinese. Hopefully Udinese come back in for him in Jan and Gio doesn't turn them down again.
On Tim Krul (06/12):
Ticks the boxes as a long-term signing next summer.
On Leandro (in response to "Is it even possible that we've already got it wrapped up and in the bag?") (23/11):
No. Inter will sell to highest bidder.
On the January transfer window (26/10):
Pav out, striker in. Bassong out, centre-back in. Right midfielder (first choice or back-up/versatile). If we do two of those three, I'll be happy enough.

Archibald (Spurs Odyssey)

On Jan Vertonghen (30/11):
There is something to it we have watched him 3 times.. although we are still waiting on the Cahill situation... Also 2 german CBs who play at the same club...

As normal long list of targets but who knows which way we will proceed
On who these two CBs are:
not german by nationality(one is i think) apparently in the german league...

i dont know who though
On Corluka (29/11):
could go on loan

Im slowly starting to think POTL isn't the man he use to be, his info seemed to be brilliant but that link highlighted makes no sense to me at all

I mean for centre midfield position we have:
Modric, Parker, Sandro, Huddlestone, Livermore and Jenas in january, we also just given a lengthy contract to Carroll

Why we buy another one for just two positions

Leandro, Hoillet and a CB would be a great winter window, with Pav, Bassong and GDS gone.

I disagree, its a waste of money imo, if bassong did leave I wouldn't be surprised in a couple years he would be in le arse shirt, playing a bit part role has made him suffer

I agree with you. And if we buy a CB he has to be an upgrade on Kaboul/Dawson in order to get regular playing time. King will play when fit, and I expect to see Kaboul or Dawson to play alongside him when he is, or together when he isn't.

We also have Gallas, and Caulker when he returns from the swans. If we do sign a CB in january I will be a bit surprised. Next summer window however I expect us to get someone in.

I do believe the CB ITK. I'd sign a CB but with a view to a loan back to the selling club. For me Caulker will replace Bassong next year. We'll be OK with what we have in King, Gallas, Kaboul and (hopefully soon) Dawson. Next year King and Gallas may not be players we can bank on.

If Bolton are the selling club, they'd love the loan-back deal as it gives them Cahill to save them from relegation and they bank some cash to reinforce. Ajax would no doubt discover some new amazing kid to replace him in the summer.

Very true, and the bidding doesn't start till deadline day

I agree, without wanting to ITK bash i do think he lost a lot of credibility in the last window, he kept giving out positive messages when i think in the end it was quite clear we were only looking to make minimum signings.

I've heard of worse ideas. But is Cahill really the player we need?

Speaking as someone who's seen two Blackburn games this year, I'm still not sure what Hoillet really...does. Is he only made to look better due to being in a terrible team, or is he the real deal?

Vertonghen'd be a superb buy, Tevez would be utterly fantastic (but beyond possibility), Leandro's the man we need and Faurlin's superb, but unneccesary. Krul, however would be fantastic.

I'm assuming the two German based defenders are Subotic and Hummels at Dortmund.

Archibald must be hinting at Subotic and Hummels for the two CB at the same club
