What type of player is Redmond?

Tricky RW. Quite pacy, decent crossing & good shot. On last night's evidence not afraid to get stuck in and always willing to take his man on although he mixes it up with quick, short passing as well so not too predictable. Great ball control and tricks though. You expect something to happen every time he gets on the ball. Very much a Spurs style player.

Some talk in the Celtic camp that we're looking into James Forrest - scouted him before IIRC.

Young winger, regarded as one of the best Scottish prospects. Would be cheaper than Hoilett too.

Rumours of Sandro moving on worry me, especially with the emergence of Scott Parker. I still feel we are under utilising Sandro, particularly in away games. Would have been ideal to play him AND parker in some games (Stoke away case in point). Parker may only have another really good season left in him after this one anyway. Hoping we will use Sandro more this season and that rumours of him leaving dissipate.

On a separate note i would worry if old red nose's need for a midfielder means he starts sniffing around Luka in the summer if not now. So important for us to hit that top 4 again this time.

He has a 1 in 2 record at huddersfield, probably cost 3m max. 6ft 2 young lad could be a good shout! Not seen him play but hopefully the scouts do watch these lower team stars..?

I was told we scouted him a year or so ago, when we was also looking at Connor Wickham and another couple of young english forwards. But by all accounts didnt go any further than that as they thought harry kane was as gd as him. Wickham was the only one we enquired about but was way too much money for DL to splash. From what my m8 has told me i wouldn't be surprised if we do buy a couple of youngsters this window especially if pav and gomes go!

I find it impossible to believe we'd let him go midseason. I couldn't really give a fuck about his Euro 12 chances, he's contracted to the club, and in my opinion, he should be made to wait till summer. We don't want to leave any possibility of being left short and Corluka is a very valuable rotation/squad player, imo.
