Balls out, i'm going to go as far as to say anyone using it and taking it seriously has issues that need urgent professional attention. If you use it, accept it for what it is and keep it to yourself. Keep it very very secret, you know, like one of them things you'd never ever tell anyone, not even your closest soulmate. You deepest darkest secret, like the time your auntie accidentally left the bathroom door slightly open and you bashed one out whilst watching her soaping her tits.

Door crack, keyhole, window or a hole in the wall. One, two or ten times, its all just like the “potato-potato” saying, it doesn’t matter either way. The important thing, is to focus on donating some cash to save this site, a little from everyone would solve this problem in no time… :peeking::watching:

I just did my part, donated close to 80.000 Italian Lira, and i’m not even Italian.. :sneaky:

Now go do your part.. (y)

Nothing we don't already know or suspect so don't read on if it bores you. Max we're prepared to bid at the mo for SB is £12m. I guess it'll be the Townsend money? Don't want to pay big money for a player who might be sat on the bench for long spells. There are also worries SB could kick off if he's getting splinters. Seems odd to me that they'd pay anything at all to bring in someone they think might cause disruption? So it's like, we don't mind someone causing disruption, if we got him for a bargain price. Seems very strange and also very Levy. Yes they're looking at the Fulham lad, but the French fella not mentioned so no idea.

Love this update.

"We think Berahino is worth the same or a little less than Andros Townsend". :joyful:

Peace not letting SB go for £12m, no chance. Like i said in the start of the window, we wont sign anyone in this window and that could cost us big time.

Another thought with Levy being in the stands at FFC is the NFL tie up. Doesn't their owner own the Jacksonville (insert some animal here)? If Levy is there to tie up a deal for a kid from the championship, we desperately need a Chief Exec, to be fair.

Cheers dov. If we are only willing to bid that much then we won't be getting him. I think we should wait and see on this bit of info before jumping the gun

Can barely understand the logic of bidding up to 12m but the reasoning given makes little sense. Why were we prepared to pay 24m for a player who'd spend long spells on the bench but not now? As I say, I understand the reason for not bidding as much now (contract/form) but all other "concerns" were known to us before we bid 24m.

If Peace thinks SB is still worth 20 odd million after sitting on the bench for half a season, he's nuts.

£12 mil for him is about right.

Peace's grandstanding over the summer has come back to bite him. He let his ego get in the way and has cost his club 10 million pounds. Simple as that. The man's a cretin.

We were happy to pay the 20 mil for what was at the time an in form striker. Now, if we are offering 12, that's about right for a bad attitude bench warmer, with a decent if not remarkable record when he plays.

I think it's too much for a "bad attitude bench warmer" :cautious:

We were prepared to pay £25m (with conditions) when we thought Berahino was a reasonable professional and we thought we needed someone who can play in the band behind Kane as well as instead of him.
Since then we've seen he's prone to being a massive arse, Pulis can't/won't integrate him and Lamela and Alli have emerged as proper starters in the band behind Kane.
Personally I don't get why we're still after him at all but I can see why we'd drop our offer so much, even more so if we know that Berahino would reject offers from midtable clubs.

And who thought we wouldn't keep to our net spend! Money for Townsend goes on Berahino. Not before Townsend goes either

Great news that. Dont want Berahino. He's a huge risk. So why pay alot for him?

Also, this sire sounds like the Townsend money. Which makes sense. We have a massive stadium project to fund. Any extra cash we have goes into the stadium.
