Another thing about Willian which has already been mentioned but I think needs highlighting again is that he is an AVB prime target. I cannot overstate how important this is IMO. I don't want to start another debate about the "commitee" or DOF systems but to me its vitally important that the manager or head coach gets the players he wants.

It's his arse on the line if we fail, so its only fair he should work with the tools he feels he needs.
