Yes but this goes back to my post this morning about fans not listening to what they are told. I mean how many times has Poch said that if we cant get the very specific player(s) that he wants then we don't do any business and he'll work with what he's got? He's made it clear about thousand times that it isn't going to be a case of going 'Oh we cant get A, onto B, C, D...'

But surely they identify more than one suitable player that fits his profile. I understand what Poch is saying but you need a bigger pool of potentially suitable players. They can't just say I want player A or no one as there is a lot of competition from clubs for players.

In an ideal situation yes, but if they are looking for someone who is a) of a similar ilk to Kane and has many facets of forward play to his game and then b) is happy to come in as a back up and have to bide their time (which points more to getting in a younger player rather than anyone established) then that might not be the easiest task.

He gets some stick on here but Ali z on COYS has said for most of the window that we were mainly going for younger players.
