Probably still less than they want. Levy likes to wait for the last day to try and get a better price but the problem here is that they don't really want to sell him. Tbh, we really didn't go in for any top players, spent most of the window trying to underpay for a DM and briefly looked at a couple of strikers who are mid table level at best. Most of the players we are after look great in a weaker team but if we want to be a top team we need players who are at that level. Now we have one Forward and his only hope of backup is not registered and is a waste of space anyway. If anything happens to Kane we have nobody to play up front.......

West Brom will have a price that is acceptable to them and if we hit it then we'll sign him. It doesn't need Pulis to be around to OK it. It'll be between Levy and Peace now. Thing is that West Brom seem to have spent most of the money on replacements already.

Agree, although I am not sure the club have helped themselves by having the headings "midfielders" and "strikers". If it were midfielders and "forwards" then a lot of the players currently listed as "strikers" would change categories - Eriksen, Pritch, Lamela, Chadli, etc
