It pains me to say it, but we will new fighting for 6-8 with Swansea, West Brom, Everton etc. When was the last time we had a well rounded and balanced squad?

How many times have people said this...yet we finish better than the doom mongers like to point out?

Only one way to deal with a company that cares nothing about its customers. I am speaking in these terms as it's obvious that Levy views it this way. It's easy enough to do.

Wow. I'm actually shocked. This isn't even on the same scale as previous fuck ups. This is negligence.

Going into 4 competitions with 1 already looking burnt out striker in the entire squad, and a young centre back as 1st choice in midfield.

This pretty much ends any internal debate I had about Levy's competence.

(insert winner rating)

Honestly, it's just quite staggering.

Sounds like the WBA chairman was stringing us and Berahino along all summer

Still, It's little excuse for failing to have a backup and setting a deadline on the SB deal.
Where's the west brom have to sell him or they are screwed brigade? Or the we won't have net spend again? Was so obvious

Until today I never wanted one. However, I'd take a billionaire sugar daddy now, just like Citeh.

Fuck this, year after year after year. Pathetic.

The lot of you who are moaning about Levy need to fucking man up and have the strength of your convictions. More than once there's been a massive fallout against chrome dome when the window closes and you all give it large for a day or so then vanish leaving just a handful of hardy souls battling the BSoDL in the Levy thread in Spurs Chat. So just for once, get in there and give it some. And keep giving it some. And then carry on some more. Nothing will change until its realised that more and more people are turning. 5m plus add ons? ****.

Ahhhhhhhhhh! I feel better now.

I didn't mean any of it really :cautious:

Ok i'll go first.

Our first team is stronger than it was last year.

We have more attacking options with an injection of pace.

A major deficiency, being our defense, has also been seen to.

I was very much in the optimistic camp going in to today. I'm sure the story will be about WBA fucking us over, but to put all of our eggs into the Saido basket is incompetent beyond belief. All these months of scouting and we've managed to find no-one to back Kane up properly? Got to laugh.

And to see all these teams in the PL spending on quality to close the gap is a worry...we are outside top 5 favourites now. What a shame if nothing else.

How the hell did we sell three CMs, and get shot of two strikers, withour getting replacements for either position in? Are we really stronger without any of Paulinho, Capoue, or Stambouli compared to now? Are we really better having 10m but no Soldado compared to now? What was the point?

Njie Son Chadli and Lamela are who we'll depend on to cover Kane. We've no idea what to expect from Njie. Perhaps he's who we see playing in Kanes absence. Arsenal have 1 CF and will finish top 4. We can still do well providing Kane can match last season. Big ask I know, but this is an optimistic post.

I'd say Wellbeck, Walcott and Sanchez are all more of a forward than N'jie, Son and Chadli.

Appaling window.

We've strengthened the starting 11, but our SQUAD is weaker.

If anyone get's injured we're fucked.

Correction: Spurs got Levy'd. We got Levy'd. Cueball will still be receiving his salary next month while our fans pay some of the highest ticket prices in the league to watch a squad of players that contains one real striker.

Yes, and once the stadium is built after 10 years of bugger all success, another 25k will be paying for the pleasure! And cueball will own a monster piece of real estate on top of all of those lovely Champions League level ticket prices he charges.. Stadium looks amazing, fair play for that project (thus far), but its rather hard not to be cynical about what it really means for us. When a few NFL games is pushed as progress more than the actual squad.. well..

Really feel bad for Berahino and Kane. Berahino got caught in a knife fight between douche bags. And Kane has to carry a club at way too early an age.....even Messi and Ronaldo got eased into their roles.
