It mystifies me how Pav has such support on here.

Im with you fella, I know he has a good goal to game ratio but the fella is so slow and lazy. You put it on a plate for him and he'll score for you but ask him to create anything??? :bang:

Jacob on COYS:

Levy and Harry are at loggerheads over transfers.

Harry wants Levy to go out and buy big NOW. Levy wants to offload all the deadwood first before do anything drastic.

Deadwood being the likes of:
Keane
Bentley
Hutton
Keane
Gio
Jenas

...who are all on significant wages.

Leandro will sign for us soon enough. That is pretty much done.
Levy is hopeful in signing Rossi as his big £30m+ signing. If that fails he may even go in again for Aguero, although he looks likely to go to Madrid as he has just signed a boot deal with Addidas.

Harry is not convinced either are what we need and would prefer a big no. 9 type. Adebayor is his first choice and as we all know he desperately wants Parker. Levy has agreed to both so long as we can offload some wages.

The sponsorship change was a bit of a mess which is why we are bit late with everything. Only got PL sign off last week.

if harry and DL are really at loggerheads over transfers then we are in trouble this window

I can understand from where both of them are coming from.

Harry wants to bring in players asap for settling period during pre-season.

Levy wants to flog the dead wood to fund the wages/bids for the players Harry wants to bring in.

I don't think it's that big of an issue. Hopefully O'hara to Wolves has started the ball rolling.

That does sound as if we'll buy Adebayor, Rossi and Leandro assuming we can sell enough players though, which would be really exciting.

If we do I can near abouts guarantee it will be in that order.

Can see the Leandro deal dragging on despite recent ITK saying we're really close.

Levy will want to get the best price possible.

That's some editorializing.

Rossi link is bunk. Never going to happen. Doubt we're even pursuing. Just a name to keep the obtuse distracted.

it is an issue if one wants a small bloke and the other a bigun! dont think o'hara going will make any difference as he is not one of the big contributers to the wage bill

Levy and Redknapp wanting different players if rumours are to be believed.

I don't think VdV is the best example of that at all. Considering he was on a list at the start of the last season but was deemed too expensive, then when Levy got the call he asked Redknapp if he was interested, he said yes. Doesn't seem like an issue there.

Chasing Adebayor could be a waste of time, chances are City will keep moving the goal posts and it will just lead to nothing. Going by past experiences of course.

You know what is becoming tedious.....ITK that bashes ITK

I wrote that first. He copied me. My penis is tiny.

Real downside of the new ITK is their low self-esteem issues. Might want to seek professional help

Enough of this already.

And anyone purporting to be ITK that is tempted to respond, don't bother, it's not worth it.
