whole new strikeforce for me mate. i know it wont happen but i expect pave to stay till january and then go back to russia and i fully expect leandro to move to us too then. i think its a done deal. too much smoke there so will will have to do with ade, defoe and vdv i think till then.

i have feeling crouch is one to lose out.

Would love another forward too and we need it, but if we've got Leandro in January, it would be an upgrade from Defoe & Pav to Leandro & Adebayor.

I would think we are still after a wide player. Mata choses the wages, we've been scouting Ruiz and Johnson has also been linked. GFTS.

That's alright matey, yeah he defo has ITK but I tell him to only message me with stuff he's confident on, I have had a few bits from different people too but just post them in here as I don't want to be lynched if they don't come up, for example I got told young was going to utd the day they played liverpool on sureaz's debut but just posted it in a young thread and nobody took notice but that was from someone different, but nicdic knows this source as I messaged him before.

Affelay's agent has made it very clear he isn't moving. And given it's his agent I'd believe him.

Ganso in Spain is being linked with a move to At Madrid or Arsenal in January. Great player we've been linked with recently, but i'd prefer Luka to stay.

It looks as though we have all made our mind up on Ade, Diarra, Cahill and a surprise on deadline day (Marin, Affelay, Robben, Etc, GFTS).

Also, Daily Mail exclusive saying Chelsea have pulled out of the signing of Luka as bid has been rejected and further bids would be rejected also. Well done DL :bowdown:

Personally I dont think we have a chance, BUT, having VdV in our team, might JUST might make him think about us, and if Levy could offer a good financial package to him, then surely he would consider. £25m could maybe get him? Only thing is though, he is a tad injury prone, but he is quality.
