Great news from Dragon.

Seems incredible that after years of trying to shift players out, that Rose, Gazzaniga and, Foyth (all gone) Sanchez, Winks, Sissoko and Lamela could also be heading out. Appears to me that Paratici has more than one way to skin a cat and all of this planned in less than a month since starting his job!

Could end up being a damn good transfer window!

I just don’t think he’s a centre back. Poch clearly held a similar view and his place in midfield alongside Dembele was his most effective.

I think the need for “coaching” is interesting, he’s worked most recently with someone purportedly as one of the recent eras best and, if anything, he’s gone backwards.

If he stays, I will support the guy but I think a change of scenery is best for his career and my nerves.

Can't say I agree with this. Fair enough for the most part he's been disappointing, but I thought he had a very good two year spell in the middle of his time with us - roughly between 2018 and 2020

I totally get that as well shep but he has always struck me as someone who appreciates the ‘badge’. I know he’s been found wanting on a few occasions but he’s never gone missing in action…I like that…

Yesterday I do my nut because people were telling us all about Winks and his ability as a player. Fuck off to the player thread I said.

Now, less than 24 hours later, it’s acceptable again, because it’s not Winks, it’s Dier. Suddenly it’s ooh it’s ok now.
