Anything new on the Marin front Ryan?

Want some good news as the last few days have been pretty terrible (Mata, Vucinic, Rossi)

I'd honestly like to know where all of this money has gone.

I understand all of the 'we want to run our club smoothly', 'we don't have a big stadium' and such...but we were in the Champion's League Quarter-Finals. We played AC Milan, Inter and Real Madrid. We're the weakest of the top six teams (imo, at least) and if we ever want to play at the top tier again, we need to spend money, money that we surely must have earned a lot of in said CL run.

It's my opinion based on what we know, history, our current position

Don't get me wrong, I love Spurs. Too much. But we cannot afford him. He's going to cost in excess of £30 million and command wages £20k+ beyond our wage structure. We had the opportunity in January and for whatever reasons it didn't materialise. We missed the boat on him. He can stay where he is and earn a very good wage, play in a good league and has the bonus of CL football (providing they qualify)

I'd love to say we could sign him. I know nothing is impossible. But we have to be realistic.

Best we can get is Vucinic and that is why there is weight to this story and all the press you read about Rossi mentions us in the past tense

I'm not itk at all with regards to Rossi. But I'd be an awful lot on him not beind a Spurs player next season guys

Why are we pursuing Mata .... he doesn't want to come and he'll cost the best part of £20m, were as N'Zogbia has prem experience, is seriously under-rated, can play on the left or right wing and as an emergency left back .... and more importantly would probs come to us .... and cost a mere £10m.

Not claiming to be itk or anything and believe me if you want or dont whatever it makes no difference to me but I guarantee this as its straight from the horses mouth ( redknapp ) we had Rossi all sewn up in jan for 20m everything was agreed with club and player until levy at the last minute changed the deal and said we were only willing to pay 15m, obviously villareal were not to pleased and basically told him to naff off and rightly so imo, then when we got desperate at the end of the window and went back in they were so pissed off about levy changing the deal at the last minute after everything was agreed they didn't want to know.

Harry has been hinting to this ever since that window, No wonder levy was spunking money everywhere on the last day, he was trying to make up for his mistake and harry has always said aguerro was never a goer
