We've reached the final countdown now with only a few days to go until the window finally closes and we can all get back to some sort of normality. Research tells us that millions of working hours are lost to ITK during the transfer window whch costs more than is spent by EPL clubs.

Now for a word about the supposed big name we are trying for. This rumour surfaces almost every transfer window and if you want to know just how big it is, click the spoiler.

I'm not going to round up yesterdays ITK because by mistake, last night I used Tipex instead of Viagra and woke up with a massive correction, but if you want to continue guessing the identity of this supposed big name please use the thread provided and NOT IN HERE!

I love the audacity. But will it happen? No. I'm sure Kaka would feel insulted. And I think he should. From the most expensive player in the world to a loanee at a non-Champions League club in 2 seasons is one spectacular fall from grace.

I have also heard Kaka is a possibility but only if/when Modric goes for big money. We are also after BOTH Diarra and Parker as we will be going to a 4-2-3-1 formation.

There was a report that they knocked Arsenals alleged approach back because they didn't want to loan him to another CL team, I pressume you can't play against parent club though in CL same as PL so not sure why it would be a problem?

Anyway, Aqkayid is right - you don't ask you dont get'. No one is saying we are getting him, I imagine that is highly unlikely but never hurts to ask! Now where's Ackie with his RM links!
