I think we're forgetting that Levy likes to stockpile fullbacks. It's his one true weakness, along with not being able to reach the top shelf in Tesco.

There was ITK in the last window that the banks were putting limits on the club's spending whilst the financing for the stadium was uncertain. That was sorted out by the last window, if not the previous one. Consequently, the banks restrictions were lifted.

I assume the result is that we can increase our wages to somewhere approaching a competitive level with the other top clubs.

We had to pay back a £200m loan by last month. Might have something to do with it.

You really think that the club would go out of their way to release false information so as not to upset some sensitive posters on fan forums ?
Of course they do, they think their opinions matter. There is nobody more deluded and self important than a football fan on the internet...

Except for maybe a startup founder without any funding

I love seeing ITK: it's great seeing the heading in bold, which means that new info has been added. I'm not upset that we didn't get Barkley, because I'm not sure how well he will manage the temptations of London and there's a bit of an injury record. I trust in Poch and apart from his treatment of Jol, I have great regard for Levy.

Can people stop being Dicks please and just appreciate reading the ITK. The place for being a Dick is the Match or the Sissoko thread.

Ajax - who do they have that’s any good? I don’t play FIFA so I don’t know.

Kluivert, De Ligt, Dolberg....all excellent players

Older fans will remember the fantastic Gray brothers, Eddie and Frank, playing LB and LW for Don Revie's boring and yet successful Ledds United in the 70s.
Doubt it, their memories are probably shot as that was nearly 50 years ago.

What a team that was and those two were excellent.

Listen up!!!

STOP slagging off the club regarding RB! I wanted it to happen. There is more than one reason (medical) we pulled out. Sissoko WAS Poch’s signing! End of!

I am fully confident that Poch will be backed 100%! Why? Because if they don’t you know the consequences. I would strongly advise everyone to stop knocking Josh, before we loose him. He has access to this forum through his friends. He is not on it, but hears. If we are not careful he will go.

I will not divulge beyond what I have done who our targets are, or who is in the bag. 2 definitely are. If names come out in media etc, I may rethink that.

Keep friggin backing Tripps over KWP, if you are mad-hint.
Selling Trippier, replacing with KWP and reinvesting in a quality CM or RW would be the smartest thing we could do this window.

I agree, this new format is pretty lit (as the kids say)

I hardly think Barkley would have been the answer for yesterday's draw. Here's his games, (subs) and goal totals for the past 4 years.
2016/2017 Everton 36(4) 5
2015/2016 Everton 38(2) 8
2014/2015 Everton 29(7) 2
2013/2014 Everton 34(9) 6

I can’t see a thread for Mahrez or find the exact piece of ITK but vaguely remember us being linked. Liverpool have made a move for him to be their Coutinho replacement according to a few reliable media sources/papers

Have you tried watching the itk forum? I must have done it back in the summer but forgotten all about it until I had emails with the updates this week.

Wish I'd discovered it years ago. The number of times I must have checked into the forum to see if there were any updates!!

Is this dependant on Champs LGE qualification Herc?

There was itk in the last 12 months that said the banks had put limits in place on our spending as part of the stadium loan (or something like that) but now the loan is all agreed that the restrictions/conditions have fallen away so we are less restricted in our spending. I suspect the increased new contracts is partly down to this plus the more obvious factors.

The info was posted on SC but it could have come from coys. I can't quite remember. I suspect it could be found.

Edit: I've just seen @Roynie posted virtually the same post as mine an hour ago. Glad to think I didn't dream that piece of info!

Edit again: Ive found a bit but it wasn't itk. It was posted from available info. Post 140 in this thread:

http://www.spurscommunity.co.uk/ind...thread-post-mortem.130134/page-7#post-5596645

Thats was the only bit I found but admittedly i only did a quick search.

Levy wanted to make RB are highest paid player - with an injury situation that would give Vincent kompany a run for his money.

Did I just read that correctly lol

That's the thing is he wouldn't really help us this season. He's only just starting to train again after major surgery and more than half a year out of action. He's unlikely to be back to full fitness until towards the end of the season and even then he'd have to learn "Poch's methods"/tactics etc. so his impact this season will be very much limited IMO.

I'm not talking about RB specifically, just our targets in general.
