I think the internet was broken when @Bus-Conductor declared that Pritchard (no disrespect to him, seems a promising talent) would be a bigger loss to us than Lloris....

He confirmed on Twitter that there was truth in the Martial rumours this morning at 7 but had done so on here a day or so ago anyway. He appears much less on Twitter these days and back here more as far as i can make out...no surprise really if you think his appearances on here generate follow up questions you should see twitter!!!!!

If he put a photo of a breakfast of Eggs Benedict up he gets 2000 question on whether we are signing Howedes

I'm looking forward to another blistering white knuckle ride of opinions from people i've never met pontificating wildly about rumours and half truths, and I can feel that this week is gonna be spectacular in that regard.

A&C I was perturbed to note that you refreshed the previous thread just as I was delightfully lapping up page after page of clearly reasoned and informed debate about the fiscal difficulties we face competing at 'the top table'. Is there any chance we could get a separate thread to cover that particular topic under the heading "You are all entitled to my opinion" or "see my self importance grow"...... other than that jolly good show

Big difference between meltdowns and truth. Just because you may not like the truth and no one hear may wanna hear it, it doesnt make it a meltdown.

Wait that came out wrong. Lets try this again.

Yesterday was not a meltdown from me. Yesterday was just telling everyone the truth based on what we've seen in the past. We have all seen this move before. Lloris is off this summer. We dont make big money signings without big money coming in. 20m for Martial is very much evidence of Lloris being off.

Its also truth that Lloris is our most important player and losing him will be a devastating blow to the club. But thats THFC under Levy for you. 1 step forward, 2 steps back every other year. Game may be about glory but there is sure as hell no glory in the way Dear Leader runs this club.

You call that a full on meltdown. I call that laying out the cold hard facts. Very unlike matchday threads when i go cursing the refs off, calling players useless and sticking up for one of a few peoples scapegoats.

I'll give you a little credit and call it a mini meltdown, though if it makes you feel any better.

I want some takeover ITK followed in short order by an announcement of a sale by ENIC. Then i'll feel better. Lloris isnt confirmed yet but thats all a formality. He'll be off shortly. A week or 2 after de gea is confirmed to madrid

IT COULD ALSO SUGGEST THAT WE HAVE FOUND BUYERS FOR THE GREAT NUMBER OF OUR SQUAD THAT IS SUPPOSEDLY UP FOR SALE.
